Liked: Lovely man makes really nice sandwiches / kebabs just nearby. Good location and under 20 euros

Disliked: Bit dirty, really poor staff, but that`s what you get for under 20 euros in Paris.

Liked: This place is buzzing with young people so there's always someone to meet. The breakfast is amazing...a crescent, baguette, cappuccino, tea, cereal, and all are unlimited! They it costs money, but it doesn't, neither does the wifi or computers. The hostel is right next to a market that is opened late, so you can make a midnight run if you need to. It's also in walking distance to the Moulin Rouge and a two really cute nook areas for cafes and restaurants. Basically, if you walk out of the hostel and are facing the main street, turn right and follow it down and around and you hit great places.

Disliked: The blankets are thin and there isn't a heater, so I was pretty cold at night. Because there are a lot of ppl there, the living room of sorts or entrance room is small and really busy. That also means the computers are always being used...so bring your own and then fight for a chair or spot on the couch. There isn't a place to store your luggage if you arrive early or are leaving later than the check out time. You can leave it in the front room in a corner, but it wont be locked away. But still a very friendly hostel in an adorable neighborhood.

Liked: GREAT location, very clean, good breakfast

Disliked: the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. the curfew sucks, if it was a little later it would be better, but 2 am?! no real common areas to hang out with people

Liked: This is a pretty good spot for young travellers, and even people on business if like me you want a place that's cheap yet good quality. Some great palces to eat nearby, good metro links - station only 5 min walk - and a quiet location.

Disliked: There is a fair bit of noise with people comning and going at night, but that's to be expected in a hostel, I suppose. It's not a big deal if you're a heavy sleeper.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing!! In a nice area of town with local and inexpensive places to eat. Close to the metro. Overall very happy with my stay.

Disliked: Rude workers. Got cold in the night.

Disliked: The heating wasn't working one night and we were freezing. We only had one very thin blanket on each bed.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Plenty of food (of course croissant was limited to one per person, but that is understandable). The shower was also very good, and the location is good. Very close to the subway, and close to the bohemian part of the city.

Disliked: Cleaningness of the place was below average. You could see dust everywhere in and out of the rooms, showing that cleaning routines were only every other day. Of course the staff was unhelpfull, but when you come to Paris, there is nothing else you could expect from parisians. The bed was way too soft, so you´d wake up as painfull as you went to bed. And the bathrooms ensuited weren´t very clean either. Have been at better places, at better rates.

Liked: It looks very good in the inside, breakfast is great ( croissant,bread, butter, jam, coffee,tea, chocolate, cereals...wifi and computers with internet are free... And staff is very nice

Disliked: Someone took money from our wallets the first morning while we were having breakfast, we were in a room of six but at that moment we were just my friend and I... we think it was the roomcleaners or someone who had keys for all rooms, but we just went for breakfast for 45 min! We spoke to the manager and although we didn't get our money back, he took care of the situation( which was very nice of them), because there are NO LOCKERS!! We were staying in the -1 floor, and it can get very noisy because whenever someone go to their room, you just hear it very loud( evenmore if they wear heels), like there were no walls ( the good thing is that there's a curfew at 2 AM)

Liked: Excellent location, very good neighbourhood and only a five min. walk to Sacre Coeur. Cheap. Free pc-use and internet access.

Disliked: No lockers in rooms.

Liked: It was the best hostel I've ever stayed, about cleanliness, silence, location also. There was a staff little bit drunk:) but extremely helpful and enjoyful. breakfast was rich also there was typical croissant of france. we got cold at night a bit but, we asked for extra blanket, and they gave us 4 extra and free of them. It was perfect, I extremely suggets you.

Disliked: In the entrance, there was a bad smell, but not too strong. I thing its soluable.

Liked: The front desk guy Reggie was very helpful.

Disliked: The night manager from Morrocco is a jerk. The curfew is at 2 am at this place. And the night manager from Morrocco (I assume) yells at you to go to your room. and because the wifi doesnt work anywhere but the lobby and the first floor hallway, if you're still up and want to use wifi most people hang out on the starewell. terrible! and If the night manager noticies you are there, he yells at you "please go to bed". Please go to Bed? this is a youth hostel. In addition, I got bed bugs...never going back here again!

Liked: Overall this was a great hostel. It is situated in a really nice area, within walking distance to popular pub areas such as Abesses and Pigalle. Really good free breakfast, staff were really nice and our room was clean. Also free internet came in handy. The shower was also lovely and warm. Would highly recommend this hostel.

Disliked: The only dislike was the lack of communal areas, there is a small kitchen and area beside reception but it is not big enough to meet people and socialise.
