Apart from remembering it as the place i celibtrated at after Scotland beat France?? Seriously, very helpful staff. i have never stayed in a hostel before and i found it a good place to stay because of the facilities and staff.

Everything was fine really. We read alot of reviews and were concered that we were gonna end up in a hole but it really wasn't that bad. It is pretty basic but you are getting a bargain. We had great banter with everyone else who stays there, even ended up on a pub crawl with random brazilians, kiwis, austrailians, irish. Best night I've had in a long time.

All the people I met at this hostel and the staff were really friendly. There was a really nice atmosphere, and although a little noisy later on sometimes, it was never enough to stop me sleeping! The hostel isn't always super clean but it really isn't that bad, I'd read some bad reviews about this place before I went and was a bit worried, but I had a wicked time!!

The atmosphere is definitely unique.
HOWEVER, the rooms are tiny and there are only two showers/toilettes for the entire hostel. If you want to meet people and party, this place is fine. But if you want peace and quiet for a good rest, this place is far from it.
