There was a nice courtyard where you could meet people, have a drink, play cards, or just relax with a book.

I liked the hostel in following perspectives.
a) connectivity - well connected by metro
b) Location - it is located in a nice place...sournded by garden, church & few shoping place.at the sametime, not too urbanized.
But make sure that, you know their rules. Checkin time, factilities...etc before go there.

Everything. It is so so good, and staff are really so nice. The only problem is that in some rooms there is no shower.

i like most the internet service there. there's 2 computer for free internet access, although each time only 15 minutes and the speed is quite low. i spent 5 minutes and can't open my gmail box. however, they provide 2hour internet access account for 2euros only---but it should be used in one time. upon all the youth hostels i lived, which charges for internet service, here's the most cheapest.

I liked the building itself, the courtyard was nice. I like the fact they had free internet even though it was rather slow. Drinks were cheap, though I had none. My roommates were wicked assholes and I want their plane to crash next time they leave Mexico again.
I hated the fact that the bunk beds were very rickety. The staff was a bit stuck up and/or careless. French stereotype upheld? Yes, I think so.
I wanted to never set foot in another hostel after this place. All in all. SMEH.

The environment was impossible to not fall in love with. It was the best hostel experience I have ever had. I felt so at home.

A great location - close to metro stops and the Eiffel, if you don't mind bad toilets and paddling through septic tank overflow to reach your room!

It's very well located, very near the metro. Facilities such a cyberhouse, a supermarket, bakery and shops can be found in the neighbourhood, even a small park. Very pleasant.

The cheapest bar in Paris is at the hostel, and it is also a very short walk to the Eiffel Tower and two metro stations. There are many nearby restaurants and shops to buy fresh food (especially cheese). It is the most fun of any hostel I have been to, but this can make it a little difficult to get to sleep.

The staff, while having a bitter sense of humor, is entertaining and helpful. Not the best place but fun.
