Liked: It was easily accessible by metro and in a good area - and on top of that affordable, which is very hard to find in Paris The staff was very friendly ad helpful and there are some nice restaurants and also bars close by

Disliked: I wish breakfast had been included and there was no room service during our stay

Liked: It's affordable, and has basic amenities. Staff were friendly.

Disliked: We found a "stink bug" on the floor upon entry to our room. No big deal, until we found strange black marks all over whtie sheets, and hairs and stains on the mattress cover underneath. Also, location is in Bastille, close to the bus line, a train station, and metro. However, the neighborhood is boring. I felt like everything there was closed all the time.

Disliked: I read that the front desk people were friendly and spoke english. Neither were true.

Liked: Close to the metro. Close to the main sights. Great lively location at night. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly to a couple of englishman who have no clue about the city. Rooms are nice and clean with great shower.

Disliked: Not so comfy beds

Liked: excellent basic breakfast, clean big rooms, great shower, fantastic spot - 2min walk from gare de lyon and you can easuly walk to all the major sights- eiffel tower, arc de triompe and notre dame, st sulpice, various museums and gardens. The are (bastille) is exciting and interesting, and yiu are very close to the fantastic laton quarter. Highly recommended.

Disliked: No wifi was a bit odd, but othetwise hard to fault

Liked: Bastille is great place to stay to explore Paris, Hotel was easy to find. A short walk from the Bastille Metro station, even with luggage. Nice and secure, clean rooms.. small space but enough to spread ou a little. Good shower! Impressive breakfast, worth booking breakie if you have a big day of exploring. plenty of cereals and pastries, coffee, tea, juice etc

Disliked: No Kettle/ tea bags etc (if that bothers you). Wifi is not wireless and you have to pay a small amount for 1 day use.

Liked: The kitchenette was wonderful! Great +!! also, it was clean. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Furniture was new and modern. Great value for little price. (i.e. Clean, small and cheap:)

Disliked: There seemed to be no roomservice? (which isn't do bad though! Just a minor dislike)

Liked: Clean, good location, easy access, good for people who wants a quiet and easy stay. Kitchen facilities on the room, tv, good showers, nice bed, clean

Disliked: not much fun as its is not as a `youth hostel` place. but it was expected so...

Liked: The hotel is clean and offers good facilities. Has kitchenette and fridge if you want to save money on eating out. There are plenty of fast food restaurants around the metro station.

Disliked: Is a 10 min walk from the metro station (bastille). Is a bit overpriced, but everything in Paris is overpriced... so it's ok.

Liked: Quite new andeasy walk to Metro and bus. Supermarket closeby. Very nice staff.

Disliked: Bed was a little bit hard, but ok.

Liked: Fantastic location close to Bastille Metro station, which takes you to just about everywhere in central Paris. The hostel itself has brilliant staff, who all speak English, and are extremely helpful and chatty - the fact that there is someone on reception 24 hours a day is very useful too. The room was clean and a good size; the kitchenette is a perfect size and has a hob, sink, fridge, microwave, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls and cutlery. The bathroom is large (the shower fantastic!) and my particular room had a lovely balcony as well. Everything was new, modern and practical - I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Liked: Lee 300 was in a really central location and close to the metro and Marais district. Very nice and clean.

Disliked: Thought it was quite expensive, but then most hotels are in Paris.
