Liked: I really enjoyed the hospitality and dependencies of the hostel.

Disliked: I think that bathrooms should be cleaned more often

Liked: It's very clean, very good facilities, has a bar on the first floor.

Disliked: Unfriendly staff, don't have luggage room (only paid lockers that can't accomodate big bags), lockers in the room are small and you have to bring your own padlock, towels cost 10 euros.

Liked: It is a very good hostel, it has a bar downstairs that you can drink cheap drinks and eat food (cheap). It has a club downstairs as well so that you can party as well :) The location is just 5 minutes walk from metro station and you can go everywhere with metro in Paris so it is very good located. I stayed only one night but if i go Paris again, i will definitely stay here again....

Disliked: None, all good.

Liked: Not a bad hostel, relatively clean with a decent restaurant downstairs. Close to two metro stations and cheap food.

Disliked: Breakfast is disappointing, just small bowls of cereal and never any mugs for a coffee. Dishes are poorly washed. In the morning there was a collection of dead mosquitos on around the basins in the bathrooms.

Liked: Great security, with the large lockers under the bed and the elevator/stairs requiring a keycard. The secure lockers in the basement were nice too. The rooms were really large and the beds had privacy curtains. The showers worked well and were spacious. Each bed had its own light and power source.

Disliked: The lockers didn't accept credit card, bills or any small coins so we had to ask the front desk for change. The service in the bar was absolutely terrible around dinner time. In such a large room, it would have been nice if there was a way to turn on the light next to the sink separately from the rest of the room so that I could brush my teeth without disturbing other people. We were on the 5th floor and it appeared that the roof was leaking because there were puddles and buckets on the floor and a funny smell in the hallway.

Liked: Because the hostel is purpose built the dorms are very comfortable with a curtain and reading light. Clean and organised.

Disliked: I found the staff quite rude and unhelpful, as though you were putting them out by wanting to check in/out, etc. You have to pay to store your luggage and it is quite expensive.

Liked: Curtains, lights and power points for each bed. Location was nice by the river. Everything worked as expected. Was good fun with the loads of Australian BusAbout groups. Free breakfast

Disliked: It was quite noisy in the rooms. Wifi wasn't available in the rooms which would have been nice. Food and alcohol was extremely expensive at the onsite restaurant/bar but there are cheaper options available close by.

Liked: I only stayed one night at St Christophers but found it was very comfortable, well organized, clean, social hostel with really good tunes!! Unfortunately I did not use it's club facilities but beneficially found no disturbance from it at all. The staff were very laid back, minding the fact that you are still practicing French. They provide several tours which are great; but if you're on little to No budget you can opt for the 'free' tour which is held by donation! Had a good time in no time! Highly suggest*!!

Disliked: Nothing to dislike!

Liked: The hostel is just very nice. Very clean, everything is very new and accessable, great value for what you pay. The view outside my window was stunning, the tours they offer with the hostel are great, the beds are incredibly comfortable, I love the curtain for each bed.

Disliked: I would really have liked the computers to be a little cheaper to use, but the wifi is free and fast enough. And there should be towels for us to rent.

Liked: The view was great. Just next to the river. Also the afety. Every bed has it own place to lock your bed.

Disliked: Yes. The only problem was the shower with a timer. That was a little sad. But I think after that everything was ok.

Liked: I had the most comfortable night's sleep I've had in ages under the comfy single duvet, the curtains were a nice touch to make it feel private, the staff were relaxed and helpful and spoke great English. The place itself was clean and the room was spacious, with plenty of lockable luggage space.

Disliked: It's a bit of a trek from the city centre, although in Paris that means a 20 minute metro ride, which isn't so bad really.

Liked: I enjoyed everything except what I've written below.

Disliked: The bathroom showers allow water to flow freely throughout the ENTIRE BATHROOM because they have no enclosure, which created terrible odors and forced people to shower in dirty piss-filled water. Also, the wireless signals were only strong enough on the first floor. I stayed on the second floor and could not establish a wireless connection for the life of my gadgets (and laptop). I do not appreciate going down to the lobby just for a mere wireless connection. Also, far too many alcoholics stay at this hostel. The computer room was filled with liquor bottles, beer cans, and miscellaneous garbage that created the stench similar to that of club-goers or post-club closing hours.

Liked: My sister and I stayed in the 12 bed dorm which has curtains at every bunk which gave us a good amount of privacy, maybe u get even more privacy there than in the 6 bed dorms, as there are no curtains... On top we had the most beautiful view on the Seine, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and staff and roomies were very nice

Disliked: This hostel is very modern, hip and everything but if u are searching for a french accomodation experience u should go somewhere else

Liked: Very modern and up to date hostel. Loved the hardwood floors and curtains on the bed. There's security AND cameras inside and outside all over the property, very safe. Free breakfast every day, there's free tours every day and pamphlets for everything and if you do have a question there's reception twenty four hours to help. Awesome staff, they were great.

Disliked: No complaints, yes it's not in the main part of Paris but you take the metro everywhere anyways, and there's a metro stop right by the hostel. For all the pros you get with the hostel, location isn't an issue.

Liked: The hostel was immediately friendly. The large dorms meant that you met people quickly. It's very close to the metro and offers lots of info on things to do in Paris. Free WiFi was a bonus. Bright clean facilities. I'd definitely stay here or at one of their other hostels in the future

Disliked: I really don't have much to say. It'd be nice if there was more to do in the immediate area of th we hostel but with a hostel bar you're basically fine in that department too

Liked: Very spacious rooms, with lockers under the beds and curtains across each bunk (at least in theory--my bed's curtain was missing...). My room also had a table and chairs, which was nice. Free WiFi, and a really nice "internet cafe"/common room on the first floor. The free breakfast was average. I didn't spend much time in the bar because it was super crowded that night--but of course that would have been a good thing if I'd been in the mood to party! Reasonable prices in the bar, though.

Disliked: Although a luggage room with spacious lockers is available for use, including after check-out, you have to pay for them, and they're not cheap, nor are you permitted to just leave your bags on the floor even if you're not worried about theft. I was also miffed that they advertised cheap backpacker meals at the bar, without mentioning that you have to sign up for them in advance. Don't do what I did and show up in the evening expecting to be able to get dinner when you arrive!

Liked: This was my second time staying in St. Christopher's Paris, and I will definitely be staying here my third trip to Paris too. I love that there are curtains on each of the bunks to give a bit of privacy, and the location is right near the metro and walking distance to Sacre Coeur and the Moulin Rouge.

Disliked: Walking home at night can be a little scary if you're alone.

Liked: Lively decor in the lobby and hallways and lots of fun opportunities for solo travellers. Lending library out front. Clean rooms. Comfortable, well-made beds (the curtains in front of the beds are a nice touch for privacy). Sink in the room. Excellent value for the money.

Disliked: The location – maybe if they could run some shuttle buses around Paris it would be nice? They also put me in a mixed-dorm when I swear I requested a female only, but I believe they refunded me money for that mistake.
