Liked: Everything! Made heaps of friends really quickly which is exactly what I wanted as a solo traveller. Clean rooms, private curtain around bunk with own power point at bed. Great breakfast, close to 3 metro stations. On the canals-really nice location in summer. Staff friendly and helpful.

Disliked: nothing! I would definitely stay again

Liked: The place was pretty clean and well lit. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. Pastry shops were everywhere and filled with lots of good pastries. Lots of information on what to do and good directions to hot spots like the catacombs and Notre Dame.

Disliked: The computers didn't always work. Also this is not a hostel for people who want to sleep before midnight. This is a very young crowd so if you're not up to partying all night maybe consider someone else.

Liked: The building was nice and new. There was an elevator. Plenty of showers. The beds had curtains, and most of them had individual lights. Close to two metro stations.

Disliked: Located in an extremely sketchy area--someone tried pickpocketing me almost immediately. Ventilation, as usual, was terrible/non-existent. Service at th restaurant was bad, and the food and drinks were overpriced. The hostel was also in the northeast of the city, while all the sights are in the southwest, so it took a very long time in the miserably hot and stuffy metro to get anywhere.

Liked: Very clean and had very helpful staff. We were stuck for a hostel one night as we missed our train, although they were full they rang around other hostels and found us a place to stay.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The rooms were extremely clean. It was in a beautiful, quaint location right by a canal. Everyone at the hostel was friendly. It was safe. The walking tour picks people up from the hostel. Free breakfast!

Disliked: It was not central, but it was still close to public transportation.

Liked: The cleanliness!The beds are really confortable and the guys at the reception are very helpful.

Disliked: The localization and the bar staff,they are just rude and it seems like they don't like to work.

Liked: very nice staffs, atmosphere is very good, extremely nice view toward the river and great people. This is one of the best hostel I have stayed

Disliked: Well, a bit expensive for a place that is located away from the center of Paris, but everything else is perfect

Liked: The rooms were fairly big and the free wifi in the rooms was great. It had a good social atmosphere with the bar downstairs.

Disliked: Free breakfast wasn't very good the bread wasn't fresh and it ran out fast so you had to be there early if you wanted cereal.

Liked: It was cleaner than most of the hostels, and really like the curtain for beds.

Disliked: The breakfast is way too simple.

Liked: Good atmosphere and generally OK.

Disliked: All the issues identified in other reviews were present, but once you accept the flaws it is a very acceptable hostel. I didn't appreciate being given a 10 bed dorm when I was paying for an 8 mind you.

Liked: Great hostel! Good privacy in the rooms, safe area, great luggage storage (bring your own lock), and bar restaurant in the main lobby is pretty fun.

Disliked: Not the best location. Paris has a great metro service which kind of makes up for this, but still a bit out of the way if you to take a quick nap or rest in the middle of a day of touring.

Disliked: internet not free, too big, loud outside because of the bar, loud cages to store luggage

Liked: This place was great, very clean, curtains on the bed in the dorm rooms and not too expensive.

Liked: The bar in the lobby always had a lively and friendly crowd, and the adjoined cafe had a good selection of inexpensive snacks and sandwiches. The staff was upbeat and knowledgeable and between a communal bookshelf and a huge array of brochures, maps, and city guides, there was no shortage of resources to help make the most of your stay in Paris.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the communal bathrooms was, at times, sub-par. The floors were a bit grimy and the stalls as well. The free breakfast was VERY simple, just cereal and baguettes with butter and jam.

Liked: Staff, people, the bar, the overall atmosphere. there are 2 metro station very close that can conect you with everywhere (however is pretty expensive)

Disliked: we had to pay when we left our luggage at the hostel, and those lockers were too expensive. Someone threw up in his bed at 4a.m. and the staff knew it but nobody cleaned it, just security staff checked if the guy was ok.

Liked: The rooms and bathroom were very neat and clean. The hostel had a very friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Paris on a budget.

Disliked: It was a little bit further from Paris's main attractions than some of the other hostels I've found, but it is fairly close to a Metro

Liked: nice beds with curtains and crispy sheets, good wifi. There is huge bar on a ground floor but dorms upstairs were surprisingly quiet. Nice area next to a canal, short walk to the metro station

Disliked: it is very big hostel and a lot of people around, which is not bad thing but depending on what you want...breakfast was kind of basic...

Liked: Loads of people, you have not a minute to get bored; beds are comfy + have cute curtains; safe; females dorm only; wifi in bedrooms; with a view on a river; close to the metro; spacious bedrooms;

Disliked: No kitchen since too many people to have one; no soap in showers; breakfast quite monotonous;

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff, plenty of facilities including wi-fi (which worked!) and bar. Best part was the extremely spacious and private dorm facilities.

Disliked: A little out of the way, but only about 15-20 minutes by tube to most major landmarks (including transfer as it's not on the major tourist line).
