Liked: The bar was good, breakfast good, really good atmosphere

Disliked: The location was OK as is close to a metro but the metro gets a bit pricey and isnt open late.. wasnt a big problem but could of been closer to a more toursity area

Liked: It was at a very convenient location inside of Paris. Breakfast was included and fine.

Disliked: They want to charge a lot for a locker: TIP: you can leave your stuff for free at Louvre. It was too crowded. The beds were noisy, which is bad for a 10 people room. The windows could not be opened more than 10cm. The bathrooms are far away from the room and not enough for the crowd of people, they are hosting.

Liked: Near by river, and building, cleanliness, and staffs were so kind (even cleaners), and funny friends :)

Disliked: I stayed 5th floor, but the wifi signal was so weak. Sometimes I had to use 3G.

Liked: Clean, friendly, great location, great bar in hostel, good price. Way better then another hostel we stayed at in Paris.

Disliked: The bathrooms could use some updating but that is not a big deal.

Liked: Great location, right between 2 major metro lines which linked to everything i wanted to see/visit. Loved the whole hostel vibe, great friendly, helpful staff that were all lovely. Cleaners were also very friendly and did a great job, the place was spotless. The security card made the hostel super secure and the storage under the beds was a brilliant idea. BEST HOSTEL BEDS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the beds were amazing, built into the wall they made no noise, i didnt hear anyone climbing in or out. the curtains added privacy and allowed people the use the room for multiple purposes. Bathrooms were cleans spotless and the hots water never stopped flowing. Loved the free breakfast, never eaten so much chocolate spread in my life!!! Great bar food and snacks also. Will def reccommend to my friends. Will also stay there again when i come back.

Disliked: Only thing i didn't like was that the window in the room didn't open.

Liked: Modern building, beds with curtains, free wifi, downstairs bar and cafe.

Disliked: Somewhat long metro ride to the city centre, but not too far from multiple metro stations.

Disliked: -The vending machine didn't work -The key card kept de activating resulting in repeated trips to reception -U can't print from the computers -no maps of local area or metro maps available -no towels for rent, only buy at €10! -no washing machines -no chill out/tv area -very slow Internet access

Liked: The property presents well, but loved the lockers under beds...also the beds had lights and curtain which was great....will be booking this hostel again....keep up the great work and making my stay great....and I am 65 years old....never heard any noise from my room.

Liked: It is a perfect place to stay if you travel with a group and your group uses the whole room, but not so good if you travel by yourself. Breakfast and party at night was very good. The staff was friendly.

Disliked: There was a guy sharing the room with part of our group. He was so upset and rude because the rest of the group arrived late or went out early in the morning.

Liked: Clean. Decent facilities.

Disliked: Need padlocks for the lockers (regular luggage locks don't fit). Restaurant/bar downstairs is overpriced (4€ for tea). Showers have press buttons.

Liked: Nice beds with personal curtains, big lockers that fit even big backpacks + the rest, nice food in the restaurant, free wifi, helpful staff, clean and modern appearance, elevator

Disliked: It's a little bit far from the main sights of Paris, but that means it's closer to others such as Moulin Rouge and Montemarte, no kitchen but the meals in the bar are excellent and resonably priced especially if you get the daily backpacker special, wifi doesn't always work on the upper levels so you may need to go to the common room

Liked: St. Christophers had a really nice atomosphere, there was a bar downstairs, so it was so easy to get food when we wanted, or when you wanted to get drinks, but not nessacarily go out. We meet alot of nice people staying there. The beds had curtins on them, which was really nice for us, we stayed in the 12 person room, so we could have privacy whenever we wanted. Everything was pretty clean, the bathrooms, were cleaner then I expected, they were cleaner then my college dorm room, which says something. I got internet in my room on the first floor, which was really nice for skyping.

Disliked: Was a little bit further away from everything, but it was a good experience figuring out the metro system.

Liked: Nice and clean rooms, very good atmosphere and low prices. I fully recommend a stay in this hostel. Also the localization is very good, not more than 5 minutes from metro station.

Disliked: I don't have any objections.

Liked: the hostel is very clean with very good security and there are places for people to mingle and get to know other backpackers. the purpose built hostel next to the river is actually very beautiful at night as well and there are activities for people at night. the staff at the reception and the bar staff are all very nice and helpful. thank you for the wonderful experience.

Disliked: you need a big lock for your 'cage' below your bunk bed, as they are rather far apart and an average size lock cannot be used. well,.. they also have paid lockers at the basement of the hostel which can be a great option.

Liked: Good location, very helpful staff. Cosy bar with OK food.

Disliked: Coming from two nights in a budget hotel in London I have to say that the value for money isn't cutting it here. I have stayed in a shared room before, a couple of months after the hostel opened, and this time i stayed in a double. Standards and cleanliness have dropped, and several things are lacking in the double en suites: Room to breathe - only one person could walk past the bed at one time. Better bedding. A TV. Bathroom smelled of sever when we arrived and tooks hours to clear up, a coffee mug had been used and not cleaned, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. The bathroom could do with some Cillit Bang. Oh, and there was no toilet brush - although my boyfriend and I have know each other a long time... we still like to keep things romantic. We paid just about the same rate for the budget hotel in London the weekend before and had the same distance to central city, a big comfortable bed. Good pillows. Very clean bathroom. Satellite TV. Free safety boxes (we spend about 20 euros on safety boxes during a 3 night stay at St. Chris) and much more. I had a great stay at St. Christophers a few years ago, but I'm sorry to say that I will not choose it for a couples holiday again.

Liked: Even though you need to get the metro to any of the main sites or the city, it is situated in a really nice little area...the canal is beautiful at night..

Disliked: the lock hole things on the lockers are so wide no ordinary lock would fit them, thus you must hire one from reception, although i dont use wifi everyone was complaining about how it never worked, the price of using internet on computers there was so expensive, when a lot of hostels have this for free. Baguettes for breakfast are reaaaallllly chewy. And there are push button showers.
