Liked: location near gare du nord station

Disliked: the silly policy of not allowing outside alochol on the premises even though their machine only sells heineken beer ........ can't bring in your own red wine and enjoy it there, and this is france for god's sake!

Liked: Helpful staff member - Nittin 24 hr reception Staff member helped book day tours etc Small balcony

Disliked: Room was so small that u were continually bumping into things. Shower was too small for average person Breakfast was a bit of a bunfight- not enough cups, bowls etc

Liked: The location is great, especially if you traveling with Eurostar. It's only 5min from Gare du Nord.

Disliked: Vintage Hostel is very cool and really does what says on the tin, the only issue is that the wifi doesn't work really fine. It is crashing from time to time and the conection is not too fast what is a seen in this days. Get a look in that guys!

Liked: We had an en-suite room which was clean and tidy. The self-service breakfast was great - fresh juice, hot chocolate, croissants and rolls - and was included in the price.

Liked: Air Conditioning in the room, nice bathroom, very helpfull staff, cozy rooms, tasty, fresh breakfast, especially croissants and rolls

Disliked: Terrible view from the window, they don't inform you about changing roommates, they don't clean the room as often as they should when someone is live in it

Liked: Good location (only a short stroll from Gare du Nord), good breakfast, comfortable beds, clean toilet, friendly receptionists, free city map on arrival, excellent value for money.

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: Clean. Good breakfast. Good location. Internet access. Staff were friendly. We had a balcony which was nice.

Disliked: The room wasn't beautiful but we didn't pay for beautiful so this wasn't a surprise.

Liked: Very close to the heart of Montmatre and Sacre Coeur. Walking distance to the metro. Great staff

Disliked: Did not feel the area was overly safe, my sister and I were constantly hit on and even followed while walking to and from the metro which was very uncomfortable. You will have to buy a metro pass to do anything in the center of paris as it is so far away from everything. We would stay closer to the center if we came again.

Liked: location was perfect. you can walk trough sacre coure, moulin rouge even de louvre. there was bathroom in the room whick i like the most about the hostel.

Disliked: there is no locker.

Liked: the room i was in could have done with a lick of paint and a freshen up.... or the whole bulidng could do with a slight overherhal but it was clean and pleasant...........

Liked: Clean and good wifi. Let me store my suitcase for a week for free.

Disliked: A little far from Gare du Nord to walk to if you have a large amount of luggage. If you don't have much then it's fine to walk to. Area was sketchy at night.

Liked: Location is good if you are planning on seeing the Sacre Coer or Montmartre. Pretty close to the Metro station as well. Staff are generally pretty helpful. They have a very nice TV room but I didn't see many people in it. Breakfast is included and is alright.

Disliked: No bar so it was difficult to meet people. No lockers in rooms and no kitchen. Was also rather pricey.

Liked: I liked how easy it was to find from the train The breakfast was a good selection - cereal, toast, fruit juice The fact that there are restaurants and supermarkets right around the corner was really handy I also liked that we had a private room with a key. The staff was very helpful and friendly

Disliked: I wear earplugs when sleeping but if I hadn't the road noise was very high. The shower was really small and moldy (kindof inevitable in such a climate) but the shower itself was just a plastic box with a curtain around it so it was difficult not to flood the bathroom while showering. I didn't like the 4pm check in- it is so late but because we had a booking we were able to store our things there for the afternoon and go out on the town.
