Liked: Great facilities, the Best location right near the Gare du Nord and metro stops and lots of great people staying there. Free wifi too and use of computers if you want. Free breakfast for all guests which was nice.

Disliked: Only that there was a microwave instead of a cooker in the kitchen, but who cares when you're in Paris and have all the great crepe stands to choose from?!

Liked: Staff are very friendly and helpful

Disliked: Our first room may have had fleas and no outlets worked. It was small and cramped. Our second room, which we paid the same amount for, was much larger and had working electrical outlets, as well as a desk, chair, nightstand, and larger and cleaner bathroom. You never know what you're going to get at Vintage!

Liked: the front desk guy is very friendly and helpful....

Disliked: during night time, there will b some weirdos along the street... they might disturb ppl....quite dangerous if u r traveling alone ....

Liked: It's really close to Sacre Cour, so you can go in the nights to take a nice walk and have a nice dinner from le montmartre. Also is really close to metro stations, and moreover to Gare Du Nord. There is a supermarket at 1 minute walking from the hostel. There are a bunch of coffee's and restaurants close to the hostel. It's a safe place to walk in the middle of the night. The hostel is more kind of a family hostel.

Disliked: The use of computers to check the internet is not free. But nevertheless, is good to don't have a computer because this makes you travel along the city, instead of being at facebok all day long. The shower courtains had stain.

Liked: The location was amazing. To be able to walk to the Hotel from Gare Du Nord made it so easy to get to and from the airport. Also, I loved being so close to Sacre Coeur.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very, very nice hostel. Much better than any of the others ones I put up in while I was travelling. Nice, friendly staff. Lots of people coming in so you always feel safe. Awesome location close to Gare Du Nord. Clean. And very accomodative. So two thumbs up from me.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Fantastic location for easy access to Gare du Nord.

Disliked: Vintage may be a slightly too chic word for this hostel - old may be a better name? Also, lack of power sockets per dorm - but I guess thats what you get at an old hostel.

Liked: Likes: Location. Walkable from Garu de Nord railway station, metro, eateries, supermarket and pubs. A close by utilities shop (no fags!) is open till late in the night. Reception open 24 hrs. A tourist attraction 'Sacre Coeur ' is walkable. Most staff can speak English.

Disliked: Dislikes: No soap, potable water, towels in the room. Manage/buy your own. You end up spending 10 odd euros more. Two tier low quality beds cry out loud. Smallest lift and room. Cheap breakfast, u get cereals and croissant only. Vehicles in the adjacent road and banging of doors wont let you sleep if you are pls-let-me-sleep kinda person.

Liked: good location by sacre coeur, although poor directions/representation of the distance from gare du nord (it was farther than they seemed to have described it to be)

Disliked: the bathroom flooded when anyone took a shower

Liked: The staff are extremely helpful, laid back and made the stay easy. The room was perfect and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was just enough and the service was great. I felt safe at all times and that my belongings were safe too. The location was excellent (5 min walk from Anvers, 5 min walk to heart of Montmartre and 10 min walk to Gare Du Nord) All round amazing place for the price!! Next door (literally) is a supermarket, so you can pick up some fresh fruit/snacks for the day and if the computers are busy you can check your itenarary across the road in a very cheap internet cafe. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone staying in paris!

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike! People with trouble sleeping shouldn't leave the balcony doors/windows open as there is a little hustle and bustle at night (which is expected in a city like Paris :) )

Liked: It was really close to Gare de Nord. So that was really nice.

Disliked: It was a little hard to find and the part of town is a little loud.

Liked: It was unbelievably simple to find there, plus it's near gare du Nord so if you come via CDG, it's handy to book a stay here. The cantine was really nice with big windows and the breakfast was good. Also, the dorms actually have a toilet and a shower ensuite!

Liked: The location is good. Gare du Nord is a perfect transport hub and Monmartre is a nice and beautiful area.

Disliked: I can't call any blatant minuses.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Close to Gare du Nord station - 10mins walk. Has a metro station close by which could be used to travel the city. Good continental breakfast in the morning, make sure you arrive early. Nice lounge to chill out and meet people. Air conditioned rooms available.

Disliked: Walls in the bathroom were moldy and bathroom floor gets wet easily after a shower.

Liked: close to metro, and gare de nord. Supermarket next door. Friendly staff. free wifi. Free breakfast

Disliked: Showers were filthy. No drainage in bathroom so water would pool on floor. No where to lock you stuff away in your room. Walls were peeling. Needed a bit of TLC. Poor place to meet people. Wouldn't stay there again nor recommend

Liked: It was very near to Gare du Nord. There was a nice little balcony overlooking the street.

Disliked: The room had an unpleasant odor. There were no towels to be purchased. The beds were really uncomfortable. The shower overflowed immediately.

Liked: The double bed was a double bed as advertised.

Disliked: The elevator was odd, only going in between the floors, then you had to walk up or down tiny stairs to your floor. The breakfast was messy and there wasn't space to sit. Not much offered.
