Liked: friendly staff at the bar , easy location, close to most things

Disliked: needs a damn lift, a stupid amount of stairs to my room

Liked: Well located.

Disliked: It's not clean, there arents lockers in dorms, staff isn't nice. There arent chairs in the kitchen.

Liked: It was close to the metro and to bakeries, supermarkets, kebabs..etc.

Disliked: For the private rooms it's written that they are ensuited but actually the toilet is outside the room. It wasn't as clean as i expected and i think it's expensive for the type of facilities that it provides.

Liked: The first floor of the hostel is a bar with a nice amstophere with the drinkers.

Disliked: Dirty bathrooms, unfriendly staffs and small rooms

Liked: helpfullness of the staff, not many french ppl speak english!

Disliked: toilets were not that clean, no soap, i had a lot of luggage but i got a room on the 7th floor with no elevator

Liked: The hostel is perfectly located, very close to Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est and with a Metro stop just outside. The staff are amazing, the bar is great and for a hostel it is very clean.

Disliked: Ever-so-slightly noisy from the road outside; but this is really only a tiny niggle and nothing compared to other hostels I stayed in.

Liked: near to metro

Disliked: in extremely shady /grey area of paris very congested only one toilet for 2 6 rooms.. very small rooms they have one counter which is serves as counter and a bar... you have to wait for minutes to talk to counter... and you have to deposit key everytime you go out; so you have to wait everytime to get key from counter...

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: I was uncomfortable that my room was basically unlocked the whole time I was there. Only one person could use the bathroom (toilet and shower) at a time, but the room was shared among 14 people. Also, the area the hostel was located in is pretty sketchy.

Liked: Like : the location - right opposite to Metro station and just 10-12 mins walkable distance from Gare-Du- Nord station.

Disliked: Didnt expect a palace for the money I paid, but again have stayed in better places for similar price. I had booked a double ensuite room 1) There was not toilet inside the room had to share a common toilet - one per floor (for 4 rooms) 2) the room itself was very small, and there was shower inside the room but was so small you couldnt even bend down to pick up your toiletries. 3) Shared kitchen is fine, but there are no chairs to sit down and have your food you have to stand your food and also you are not allowed to take your food to your rooms.

Liked: The price/quality rate is all right: the possibility to stay in a private room for 25 euro´s pp is very nice. The rooms are quiet, and clean with a private shower and toillet. The hotel is located in front of metrostation Jaures: very easy.

Disliked: The rooms are claustrofobic small, the bedding is crappy (but to be expected for this price). There is no fire escape and very small stairs.

Liked: i recommend the twin room if you visit paris with one friend. its worth the price.

Disliked: only one key for one room..not conventient..cannot lock the room when going outside and sleeping. the room (3 people) is small and has bathroom inside..if the roommate is male, it is not good to use the bathroom.

Liked: It is really nice hostel, with perfect atmosphere. Everyone is friendly here and they gladly explain you anything. Next time Im going to Paris, I will definitly stay here again.

Liked: The staff were very friendly.

Disliked: The kitchen could of done with a serious clean. If you're a high maintenance person this probably isn't ideal!

Liked: Staff were so friendly and the bar area seemed cool but I wasn't in the mood. It was super easy to get to and really close to the train station.

Disliked: Room was way too crowded (triple bunks never work) and so everyone's stuff was everywhere. There were no lockers and in a 14 bed dorm only one key. I was concerned about my stuff... Also wifi is only free during the day which is a bit stingy.
