Liked: Was good for one night but that would be it, has tiny rooms and and the facilities in the room are not great, no lockers towels wifi in rooms etc.

Liked: There are too many stairs and the 'ensuite' was just a little shower that opened out into the bedroom with no privacy!! and the room was really cramped anyway! nice staff and good fun if you want somewhere noisy for drinking! I think there is better for the same price.....

Liked: I enjoyed the staff and the bar at the bottom of the steps. It was a really great place to meet people, as just about everyone was in the same situation as I (backpacking). I recomend this for students and not so much for families. The stairs to the rooms are really annoying, espescially after a full day of walking around Paris. Backpackers should remember to bring a lock for their packs as there is only a mass storage for packs and not individual lockers.

Liked: I've stayed in much nicer, cleaner hostels for much less! Wasn't bad, though. the bar itself was not loud, but the people who are attracted to a hostel with a bar are! I won't be staying here again.

Liked: Nice staff and a great place to meet people. Located in a nice area trhe only thing is that its located on a traffic heavy street and can be quite loud at night.

Liked: I liked it 'cause I had a great time and I stayed only one night. So that is not so easy to recomend it for someone who want to stay for a week or more.

Liked: location. however, i was there for two nights and i had to change rooms, which was inconvinient. the lady at reception is very rude - when i arrived, i had been travelling all day to get to paris, i was tired and exhausted and kept my backpack on, so that i dont have to lift it again, and the lady took more then 30mins to check me in because she kept socialising with other people, while i just stood there. also she was very unprofessional- i knew i booked two rooms, but on their system they had seperate bookings for the two nights, she refused to believe that i had booked two nights and said i was wrong, then she checked the next night and realised i was right. i wont come back here.

Liked: The rooms are tinny! I mean.... 3 bunk beds in 2x3m2... not ventilated, with a really odd and uncomfortable shower. The common toilet was also weird, with no basin. The only common area was the reception-bar-dinning room-everything-in-just-one-single-tinny-space. no breakfast.

Liked: They spoke english, but the staff was not flexible or very helpful. Although there was no smoking, the staff would smoke at the door and even inside the office down stairs. The rooms were tiny. There was only one room key. The shower was so small that only a very slim person would be able to use it. The location was right near a hospital and/or police station, so there were sirens going off every 5-10 minutes in the middle of the night and early morning. Plus, the cleaning guy would barge into your room even while you're sleeping or getting ready and start cleaning. They had no concept of privacy here. Rooms were impossible to get to (18 flights of stairs and a very narrow staircase). Good luck getting anything bigger than a packback up easily. There was mold and mildew on the ceiling walls. No breakfast! They did charge 2.20 euros for coffee and a juice. Some rooms had no power outelt and I saw some that did and there was only one. The shower door didn't even close. No lockers and very little security for your belongings. There was no Peace or Love here! I would never recommend this hostel or ever go back. Bad experience!
