Liked: So fun! Great atmosphere. Not fancy, but so much character. Three nights was the perfect amount. Would absolutely return.

Liked: I didn't LIKE anything. some things like the kitchen was ok.

Disliked: IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANYTHING TO EAT OR DRINK (EXCEPT WATER) IN THE HOSTELROOMS!!!! no candy, no wine, no chips, no beer, no coke, no tea... etc. Rooms were dirty and drafty. After taking a shower the room was totally wet, like a rainforest but it wasnt warm outside, so after taking a shower the room was really cold and moist at the same time. Moldy? I really didn't like some people working it the hostel either. Greasy...

Disliked: the bed was very bad. Mattress covered with plastic so was total uncomfortable to sleep. small room but was ok.

Liked: The bar staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a good size. Right next to the metro station so handy to travel.

Disliked: The bathrooms could have been cleaned

Liked: The Bedroom and the location of the hostel

Liked: It was 2 stops from Gare du Nord (or 15 min walk) and easy to get to Montmarte so liked the location. The room had 3 beds and it was nice to be in a small dorm. Price was fairly cheap.

Disliked: The staff were rude when I asked for a key to the room on New Years eve. Also we didn't get our own key which would have been better. But it was good for security. No one told us anything about the hostel e.g. where the kitchen or other facilities were. Loads of stairs (4 stories for us) and there is no lift. Some people might struggle but this is not mentioned online.

Liked: the bar was convinient.

Disliked: no elevator even for luggage nor help to take it up/down. rooms were ridiculously small and the shower was even more ridiculous. difficult to deal with staff regarding booking as they are also bar staff....

Liked: It's really close to the metro stop.

Disliked: very narrow stairs with no elevator, the room is so so small and they made levels of bed ( the top one almost impossible to climb up to), tiny tiny bathroom that if you bend down to pick up a soap , you ass will be out of the door.

Liked: My first time in Paris and I really enjoyed staying over at Peace and Love. The staff working there are awesome and so friendly. The girl working the day bar was great, very helpful and well spoken. The bloke working the night bar was good fun and hilarious. It's got a good mix of young travellers from all around the world. The bar area becomes mega busy and is almost club-like at night. Good fun and I made some fantastic friends on the trip. Will definitely be coming here again.

Disliked: I was put in one of the top-most rooms, so I had to climb up quite a few flights of narrow curvy stairs, since there is no lift. So if you're a big guy or have a heavy backpack, be prepared for a bit of a workout. Same can be said about the toilets and showers. It was a bit of a squeeze. The bar is open to the general public at night so can get a bit rowdy at times. So just avoid the dodgy situations and take it in good spirits.

Liked: close to metro.thats all.otherwise very terrible

Disliked: they only hold the reservation up to 3 hours of the selected arrival time.But, when I did the reservation at hostelbookers, I did not put the arrival time.So, when I arrived, they said they already cancelled my booking.Then, I have to pay more to get new reservation.It is terrible.How can u know what time you will arrive.Sometimes, u have delay on your flight or whatever happened during your journey.How can they expect us to arrive on time.What I know they just want to make more money.Terrible.And the condition of the hostel also not that good.Very noisy with bar downstairs.and u have to pay 20+ pound for very terrible accomodation..It is just terrible.Not worth for your money.And the staff also not really like to entertain you.They have to entertain the people in the bar.You came there tired because of your journey and it took more than 30 minutes to finish about everything. until you get your room.And guess what you are not given the key to your room.But they said just knock the door, the people inside will open for you..Is this the worth of 20 pound you pay?

Liked: location is quite good especially if you are coming to Paris by train.

Disliked: The wall are so thin, could not sleep all night. When I told the staff at 3am that I cannot sleep because other people shouts all night, they said it is not their business to take care about it.
