Liked: Superb location, incredibly cheap and included breakfast! (when we could get up early enough)

Disliked: The shower was ancient and our plug socket broke almost as soon as I plugged the hair dryer in but for the price we paid we didnt mind!

Liked: its location is the best thing about it, its just beside the train station "gare de lyon" so it was easy to reach it in the night from the airport, just take the "Air France" bus which takes there,,so i just recommend it for the first 2 or 3 nights tell u find something better.

Disliked: they give one key for four people, the breakfast comes from a vending machine

Liked: È perto do metro.

Disliked: The hostel is very dirty and has lice drad the beds. The structure is old and there are no facilities such as kitchen or free internet.

Disliked: Not clean enough, bathrooms can't be locked, not enough kitchen utilities, linens to be paid additionally.

Liked: The location was just perfect - 1 min from Gare de Lyon.

Disliked: Shower room are not the cleanest places.

Liked: the staff at morning was freindly and helpful; the TV is big enough; it is near metro station

Disliked: we just had one key for 4 customers which was inconvenient; one of the coffee marchine didn't work well; the staff at night wasn't freindly

Liked: It was the cheapest hostel I could find in Paris

Disliked: - linnen not included - towels not included - breakfast comes out of a vending machine - hot water is temperamental - internet not included

Liked: Price and location are about all this place has going for it--it's close to the Metro, and within reasonable walking distance of a lot of sights and nightlife. It felt reasonably safe--lots of security cameras and 24-hour reception--but I wouldn't leave anything valuable in the room during the day

Disliked: Dirty, ugly and empty, rooms closed from 11 AM-3 PM each day for "cleaning" (right). Our room had an en suite bathroom, but the door didn't close and the shower had no hot water--had to walk down three floors to find a lukewarm shower, which was equally grody. No social atmosphere, and the free breakfast comes from a vending machine. Had to rent a bedsheet, and there were almost definitely bedbugs

Disliked: Its dirty, no kitche, the reception is very rude...

Liked: Very quick and friendly administration. Silence in the night. Cleanest in the rooms.

Disliked: Only one key for four people, No fresh air in rooms when windows are closed. we could not hang our coats in rooms.

Disliked: I do not think they have changed the blanket and sheet after the last client and there is no locker there. Quite noisy during night.

Liked: Only the price.

Disliked: The room is very small, and the bathrrom was dirt, and small too. The breakfast its only three coins that the staff give you for use in machines. Its not enough.

Liked: Friendly staff who were helpful and forgiving of our poor French! Nice small dorms that are available female only. Centrally located.

Disliked: Beds were awful and we were not told about the 'blanket' fee until we arrived, which was four pounds and the blankets provided were duvets without washable covers.

Liked: Nothing!

Disliked: Everything! The beds were dirty, had to pay for towels, breakfast was out of a vending machine, no free coffee, no kitchen use allowed, eating area closed at 11 pm, clean sheets were not provided, front desk was never friendly, Just an overall horrible stay....

Disliked: one man from the reception is very arrogant ! you have to pay €3 for half hour of internet and the hostel isn't clean, if you get a room next the stairs, is impossible to sleep , too much noise coming from the stairs when people go up and down

Liked: It is in a central area,easy for transportation.

Disliked: The hotel was far worse than we expected from the information on internet.Blankets and pillows were not clean.The room was smelling like toilet.No wireless internet and the computers were closed at a certain time.They give you a card for internet and because of the time 'scedules' we couldnt even use that card much,we went to the city in the mornings and when we came back in the evening,the computers were always closed.There was only one key for our room door so we had to open it to the other person in our room,for example late in the evening while we were sleeping because we shared only one key three people although,It is not very hard to copy those keys,you know!There were no washing soaps in the toilets.The water was nearly cold in the evenings.The stuff were not very helpful at all.And far the worst was that there were bugs in our rooms and in our beds.It was not very surprising at all because of the uncleaned blankets,there were some dirts and hairs on and under the beds.In addition,there were no lockers in the rooms.

Liked: location was superb, the metro line 1 station is literally around the corner and is a direct line to most of the touristy hot spots..also many eateries and a supermarket within breathing distance..staff were very helpful..although old and a little run down, security is good..they also sell cheap drinking water at reception..it's a great, i emphasize "basic", value for money hostel

Disliked: they charge for the use of internet and breakfast comes from vending machines..beds are old and there aren't any necessary hooks for coats and the room key..also only 1 socket for 3 to share..

Liked: it was located very close to the center and easy to get everywhere and you could come home anytime at night!

Disliked: That you have to leave the hostel by 11am because they want to clean the entire hostel. can't come back before 3.30pm but they are not that strict with the times, and they did not kick us out of the rooms!

Liked: Good location, easy access from CDG airport. Over things are acceptable, I was expecting worse when I read the reviews but if you bear in mind that its a hostel, things are fine.

Disliked: The shower was cold, the breakfast could be better, there was no free wifi and otherwise good.
