Liked: It is in a great location, very central in Paris. The hostel felt secure with both a lock on the front door and to each room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly with the use of the luggage storage.

Disliked: The breakfast was quite stingey, when we went at 9.20 (advertised to finish at 9.30), there was only cereal, and we had to ask the woman for a bowl and spoon as she had already cleared them away. The bathrooms were adequate, but not enough having one shower per floor, and not entirely clean.

Liked: The hostel's in an old building, but they do a good job of cleaning the facilities. The room has 3 bunk beds for six people, was small, but had a table and sink, which was nice. Also, there was a friendly cat in the courtyard.

Disliked: Not terribly close to the Metro. Locks you out between 11a and 3p.

Liked: the reception was terrrible and the place wasnt that great.

Liked: The position was good, the atmosphere was relaxed and warm, the rooms were ok

Disliked: It would have been better to have a locker inside the rooms and if you get a room on the front side, there is a lousy bar that sometimes is a bit too loud

Liked: Overall nice atmosphere, nice staff, nice people, nice breakfast, excellent value for money,...in short: I had an excellent stay!

Disliked: The wireless internet wasn't always working, and if it did, quite slow. Internet on the fixed computers seemed to work fine though, so that's a possible resque.

Liked: breakfast is great, the rooms are nice and clean and there's a cat. : )

Disliked: WLAN is available, but terribly slow. Showers are at fixed temperature.

Liked: Is in an ideal spot, right near the Sacre Coeur.

Disliked: Ridiculous amounts of noise, do't stay if you are planning on getting a decent nights sleep. Staff don't ask people to quiet down at all. It's just far too noisey, you get woken up a number of time through to night. They don't provide you with sheets either.

Disliked: It was lacking socially for a hostel which prides itself on attract young hippees and free spirit. The communal areas weren't very big and didn't meet many people, which traveling alone, I wanted to do

Liked: Not a lot. Good place to meet people/

Disliked: More or less everything. The location is in the run down part of Montmartre, the bunk bed had no ladders, one toilet and one shower per floor (18-20 people per floor!). Do not go here - it is over priced!

Liked: Good people and good atmosphere. Employees speak English and French (possibly other languages, haven't heard yet, though). Near by Sacre Coeur and two metro stations.

Disliked: So far, nothing.

Liked: Nice and close to Paris Nord station and all tourist attractions...had a great stay here.

Disliked: Rooms quite small and shower not great....but great location and breakfast every morning was great.

Liked: The hostel had a wonderful charm about the place, and not to mention it was situated perfectly near the sacre couer. I would definitely return.

Disliked: They were doing small repairs while I was there, which made it hard to move around at times.

Disliked: Lack of common areas to meet people. No bar. Room smelled.
