It was especially helpful that the front desk staff spoke such good English and were willing to let my friend and me change rooms and store our luggage in a storage room while the second room was being prepared.	80%

Even though it's a little bit out of the way, it was great knowing that we were staying somewhere safe and reliable, and also comfortable! It worked out perfectly!	80%
