Disliked: that once the terrace closed you either had to go to bed or go out no indoor chillout room

Liked: The staff was AMAZING!! The hostel also provides a secure location to store your valuables to compensate for the lack of lockers in the rooms. The kitchen is also quite well-equipped and the common area outside is a nice place to chill, although its not well-lit.

Disliked: The bedding was not very clean and the it can get a bit loud at night. There is no storage space in the rooms, but you can leave your valuables at the front desk.

Liked: friendly staff, lots of nice people and a clean kitchen where you always meet someone.

Disliked: the corridors were very dark and unfriendly.

Liked: the staff are great people. the kitchen is really good. and it is near the train station and from the beach is 10 or 15 minutes walking.

Liked: There was a problem with our booking - our dorm was double booked or something - so we were upgraded to a private double ensuite for the same price!!! My girlfriend and I were obviously very grateful for this! Friendly staff, free laptops were available for an hour at a time. Useful kitchen and convenient location.

Liked: Hotel Pastoral has its own spirit. Very friendly staff, clean and cool rooms and great location in the center of the town make this place number one choice for travellers.

Disliked: Nothing to worry about.

Liked: It felt safe in an area we weren't too sure of. The guy on reception was very helpful and it was very clean.

Disliked: Just the noisy, annoying travellers there at the time that took over the kitchen and outside space!

Liked: The rooms and the yard. Close to the train station.

Disliked: The curfew, the kitchen is very small and doesn't have glasses, just 3-4 mugs.

Liked: What a fabulous hostel. Great location, brilliant staff, private room secure an en-suite bathroom exceptionally clean. 10/10

Liked: Staffs are good English speakers. A sink and a small fridge were equipped in the room (This is so nice because I don't want to be seen my brushing my teeth.) There were clean washrooms and a shower. I enjoyed talking with people in the terrace until 10:45pm. You can borrow a towel for use at the beach. You may feel the charge is high, but I think it's lower among accommodations in Nice.

Disliked: As a lot of customers say on their reviews, the wi-fi suddenly stops sometimes. 20 euro for key deposit is only accepted with cash.

Liked: Great hostel for the city, staff were so helpful and very very friendly. Court yard had a great vibe and allowed you to meet people if you wanted or have a quiet night if you couldn't be bothered. Rate this one highly!

Liked: I like the location

Disliked: They have two common toilettes in the corridor. Inside one toilette there is very tiny sink and the other does not have any. So if you go to the later one you don't get any way to wash your hands. There is no common place for using computer. Instead, they lend laptop which I find risky to borrow. They close the reception at 23:00 and where do you keep your laptop if you want to go out in night?

Liked: We stayed in a private room for 2, with a shower and sink. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing. Frederic is a super helpful guy, and helped us plan our trip around the area. Always has a smile on his face.

Disliked: No complaints. It met my expectations. I knew it wasn't a 5 star hotel, but a hostel. I was looking for quiet and affordable lodging, and that's exactly what we got, plus super friendly staff.

Liked: The hostel offered exactly what I needed for a good price (by Nice's standards).

Disliked: There was no locker in the room, but the reception offers to keep valuables behind the desk.

Liked: Liked everything. The 8-bed room was clean, comfortable bed with nice clean shower ensuite, a wash basin, big fridge plus microwave oven inside the room! Big table with chairs and several socket points. Common area has a kitchen with microwave oven and cafe bar that gives good coffee and latte for only 1€ and large balcony for guests to sit and mingle, sun your laundry. Price included bed linen top sheet and towel. One of the two Best hostel I stayed at in Europe, of 15 cities or province visited. The owner, Naji, understands and equips the place to meet backpackers' needs. He kindly helped me find another place to stay for the 2nd night. His sister-in-law, Linda was very helpful too. Will stay there if I visit Nice again in future.

Disliked: Nothing reallyi, perhaps include light breakfast with that price:)
