Liked: The staff were more friendly and helpful than at any other hostel I've stayed at. They were more like at a 4 star hotel. The accomodations weren't bad. The rooms were clean. It was overall a very positive experience, and when I hear of anyone visiting Nice, I will recommend them stay at this specific hostel. It was a great experience.

Liked: Hotel Pastoral is a real find. Very conveniently located close to the main train station (Nice Ville) and easy to find, it is a very welcoming and friendly establishment. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the wi fi is free which is a big plus. all in all it is a highly recommanded place to stay while in Nice.

Liked: Staff are friendly and helpful. Common areas (bar, lounge and kitchen) are great. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is ideal too - very close to train station and 10min walk away from the main port/centre of town. Highly recommended!

Liked: Great idea to have microwave and fridge in room, meant we could self cater by going to markets and gets local yummies. Security good as had to have code to get into building. Owners have travelled therefore know what travellers want.

Liked: Simple rooms, very close to train station and close to main streets... you can also walk to the beach. The staff provided maps and were very helpful.

Liked: Hostel is very close to the Central Train Station, and only 10 min walk from the beach, Free wireless internet is available, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and comfortable.
