OK, location of the hotel is great, staff is friendly and (mostly) helpful, a cleaning service is provided every day and so on, but there's one thing I didn't like: they charge you for the entire hotel bill immediately at check-in. I think this is completely unnecessary since they have every detail about you credit card (the one used for online booking), so even if you decide to run away without paying, they can still charge your card. I maid this note to one of the receptionists and he said he's going to advice the hotel's manager about this.
Otherwise, I definitely recommend it!

This hotel is not only in a fantastic central location (between the train and bus station), but more importantly, it is safe with a 24h desk reception and a safe inside the room. Also, the rooms are surprisingly roomy and bright!

They offered breakfast and internet. The best part was that we were only 4 blocks from the beach!

it was very clean and spacious. the staff were really really nice and helpful. there's a very kind breakfast lady! it's 5-10 minutes walk from the beach. few minutes from the tram stop. room is quiet with air conditioning. awesome place to rest!

Great location for exploring Nice, handy to bus station, train station for sightseeing further afield. Reception staff very helpful.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway from classes, work, whatever, but Nice is not a party atmosphere overall so don't expect it here. Also, be wary of the internet not always working, but a great great hotel. Will go back the next time I'm in Nice.

I think it is good as a last minute booking, since it is only 5 minutes from the beach. In addition, if youre the type to dawdle about the room, the utter lack of atmosphere and view will get you moving to see what the french riviera really has to offer! The shower pressure and temperature was good. The room was a decent size. The staff were friendly.

I like the way the beds were always made, breakfast served was so filling and was so reasonable we kept going back for more, cleanliness always maintained and the staff always ready to assist.

It is located in the center of Nice, about 15 minutes' walk from the Train Station and 10 minutes' walk from the see. The team is very nice and the 24-hour reception is of much help. Furthermore, you can rent movies for free and watch them in your room.
