Take any of the following:
Bus #23 at Terminal 1 to Gare Thiers Nice Ville Train Station, cost €1.00, 45mins-1hour
Bus #99 at Terminal 1 or 2 to Gare Thiers Nice Ville Train Station; cost €4.00, 20-30mins
Bus #98 at Terminal 1 or 2 to Gare Routiere Bus Station; cost €4.00, 20-30mins

From Gare Thiers Nice Ville Train Station:
Turn left out of the train station and turn right at the end of the road. Follow tram line to Place Massena stop, and then follow directions below.

From Gare Routiere Bus Station:
Turn right out for station and follow tram line to Place Massena stop.

From Place Massena tram stop:
Cross to the Gallery Lafayette side of the track and turn down rue Gioffredo. Turn left onto rue Sacha Guitry - we are on the right at number 6.

By Car:
Exit A8 at 54 'Nice Nord' turn left at the roundabout and right at lights. Drive parallel to tram tracks; turn right onto Avenue du Ray at traffic lights. Turn left onto Boulevard Cessole and follow for approx 2kms (turns into Boulevard Gambetta). Turn left onto rue Marechal de Joffre and until you cross the tram tracks; take the first right onto rue Sacha Guitry. We are number 6 - unloading zone in front of Cafe Flo.
