There is a refundable key deposit of 20 EUR which will be refunded when the guests return the key before check out. Important notice: Cancellation should be notified, only in writing by e-mail ! Check in times: High Season: From 14:00 to 23:00 hours. The reception is open at 08:30 and early check-ins can store the luggage. Low Season: From 08:30 to 13:00 hours and from 17:00 to 23:00 hours. If you are arriving later than 23:00 hours please inform us by e-mail or call in advance. - Cancellations or modification of booking should be notified, only by e-mail. In case of late cancellation we'll charge first night. In order to guarantee your reservation, check-in day we will charge your first nights to your credit card. The hostel reserves the right to refuse booking if credit card is invalid! -Please be aware that after arrival should you decide to check-out earlier that the departure date originally booked, the hostel will charge the total amount of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival (local time). Payments made to HostelBookers are non-refundable.

About Backpackers Hostel Chez Patrick

We are centrally located in the heart of Nice, close to some of the major shopping centres in downtown. We are 3 minutes distance to the train station SNCF and there are tram stops, airport shuttle stop and 10-15 minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais and beaches.
Our rooms are comfortable, clean, safe and perfect place to relax. All the rooms have air condition and free safety box for your valuables. Linen and city taxes are included in the room rate. Please note that there are no kitchen, we do not provide breakfast, but we are located in the middle of a shopping street with a choice of cafes and restaurants.
The hostel staff will be happy to help in any way they can from advising you on the best places to visit while you are in Nice and the surrounding areas to recommending a restaurant or café to have to dinner any evening.

Accommodation Information

We have dormitory style rooms. All rooms are equipped with bunk beds and have a sink. The hallway has shared bathrooms and toilets. Linen and city taxes are included in the room rate and blankets are provided. All rooms have air conditioner.
There is no curfew. All guests are provided individual keys to enter the hostel at all times. A refundable key deposit has to be made and the deposit will be refunded upon return of the key before check out.
Please note that there is lockout time from 11:00 to 14:00 hours daily, during which we clean the rooms.

Location Information

Many attractions are within walking distance from the hostel including the old town, which has excellent restaurants, cafés and bars, pubs and nightclubs for those who like to enjoy night life.
Other attractions include the Flowers Market on the Cours Saleya, the shopping street Place Masséna with restaurants and cafés on terrace, the Acropolis Congress Centre and many other interesting sites.

Whilst in Nice at our hostel, you can also visit other Côte d'Azur towns: Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and small villages such as St. Paul de Vence, Eze (for €1 - by bus)
