Very good location just a minute's walk from the main street in Nice, and 2 minutes from the train station. Friendly staff and great value for the price.

Cheap, private, large room. Lift available - good for suitcases! No view, room plain, but air con and TV available and room was clean.

Very good location only two minutes walk from Nice Ville Station. Aircon and TV were also a bonus!

Not a hostel, first of all, definitely a hotel. Although the location is a bit seedy and it is far from the beach, room was clean and quiet, also air conditioned.

2 of the staff who mainly worked at day time shift were very nice and helpful. While travelling visit unknown places, meeting those people, who is willing to help makes huge difference. thank you!

this is actually a hotel so we had our own room with bathroom and balcony, nice change from hostel. i stayed with my girlfriend so we just split it so wasn't too expensive. breakfast was not worth what they wanted to charge, just buy it outside for cheaper. 10-15 min walk to beach, wasn't too bad at all. this area is cheaper than by the beach, some good restaurants around.

Hotel is in a rather dodgy area, but at least it is close to the main street and 10min walk from the beach. It's a clean, decent hotel.

Nice room for French standard, though en-suite was tiny!So close to Main train station which is a blessing and a 10minute walk down to main square/beach!

Really good value for the money. Great location close to the railwaystation and 10 min walk to the beach, nice rooms, air condition and the stuff let us leave the baggage for some hours after checking out.

I was a little concerned because I was familiar with the are where this hotel is located, but it was great and the bathroom was very clean.
