Customer reviewThe hotel was convenient for us as we arrived late into Nice and could just walk straight into the hotel from the station. The room was clean and simple and as we stayed there in the middle of July, we were very glad of the air conditioning. |

Alex ShermanIt was one of the few properties available booking last minute. That being said, because of its location relatively far from the beach, it was cheaper than a larger hotel for the room I got. Exactly fit my needs as a 22-yr old college student just looking for a place for one night to get my bearings before heading back out again. Great place, only a 20 minute or so walk to the beach if you take your time, and RIGHT next to train station to get to the airport. Have walking shoes though. |

Customer reviewThe location was good, very near the train station and the beach can be easily reached. the rooms were very clean and looked newly furbished. however, the staff were not very friendly. they were almost too proud. |
