Customer reviewVery clean, helpful staff great location, close to train station. Well worth the money. Great deal!! Not the most glamourous part of Nice, but great to be close to the train station. Guy at reception looks like Johnny Depp and speaks at least 3 languages. |

Tom NealClean, next to the train station and pretty safe. We had a twin room, no frills but it was not at all bad for the price we paid. Public transport includes bus stop outside and a tram just 2 minutes walk. |

Customer reviewLarge 4-bed rooms, great locatioin, easy to find. Easy to get there from the train station and a short walk to the airport bus no 99. Very helpful staff. Short walk to the main shopping street. And we didn't have to pay extra for air conditioning. Coming from Cannes, that's quite a relief :-) |

Bastian WolfFor the conditions of Nice, this accomodation is not expensive and the staff is fun, friendly and hepful. However, the quarter is not safe nor fun - more like a red-light-district. So, if you like the dark atmosphere of sex-shops, strip-clubs and very weird people you would enjoy the trip. But: After a walk of 300 meters, you seem to be another world - the high street is on your doorstep as well. 1km to the sea, 1km to the famous flower market and the old town. So, if you plan to stay most of your time in Nice outside the hotel for sightseeing, it is pretty perfect. If you want to stay in oder around the hotel - look for another stay... Oh, one more thing: NOT recommendable for girls travelling alone because of the guys hanging around in the quarter! |

Kirra SankeyThe bathrooms are very clean and nice, and the hotel itself is located in a central part of Nice. It's near great shopping, nightclubs, the tram, and the train station. The staff is also very helpful but the rooms are not well decorated, and there is a strange noise that comes from the drains. |

Customer reviewLiked the outdoor and indoor appearence, staff were friendly at all times, room was clean and comfortable, property was very close to train station which was great for getting to and from the airport easily. Also only 10 mins walking distance to main sights and beach. |
