Lyndall KenmuirThe location was great- central but not too noisy or busy. The room was modern and just what we needed. The shower was great, although it completely wet the bathroom floor. |

Customer reviewWhen we arrived we realised they didn’t have a room for us. They tried to put us in another hotel nearby, but after seeing the new hotel we refused, and wanted to cancel our reservation. Then suddenly they did have a room for us after all, though the lady in the reception couldn’t understand why we didn’t want to stay at the hotel she found for us – a dirty room with no window – and general she was very annoyed. All in all the service was ridiculous, the staffs weren’t friendly but the room at H33 was ok. |
