Caroline Hongstaff was helpful and friendly, rooms were big, the one I got had a balcony, there was refridgerator and a full small kitchen. |

Customer reviewFree internet and cable TV at the reception area. They also provided snacks and drinks throughout the day which was nice. The 8 bed dorm was a bit overcrowded though and there was a bit of a rush for the ensuite toilet/shower during peak times. The hot water tank is pretty small and it runs out after 3 people have taken showers. |
