Liked: Staff were very friendly, hostel is very close to the beach. Private bathroom's a bonus!

Liked: Overall, pretty great hostel! A few cleanliness and kitchens not working issues, but the entire hostel is being redone starting next month by the new owner so all that will be fixed and improved! GREAT staff!!!! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the train station so it is simple to go for day trips in the region and still be able to get around Nice easily. Great choice for a first time to Nice!

Liked: Great location, staff were helpful. Free internet.

Disliked: Walls are paper thin if you wanna sleep. There is a strong budget hotel smell through the whole building.

Liked: The employers are very helpful and warm hospitality.

Disliked: During night, the noise was high and a little bit hard to sleep from another guests. Also please disconnect the ring for door after 00:00 .

Liked: Great location, short walk into the old town. Great location to the beach.

Disliked: Wifi was VERY slow

Liked: excellent location. reasonably easy to find (you can walk from the train station in under half an hour).

Disliked: very dank atmosphere, even with low expectations you'd be disappointed on arrival. Also the door to our room was broken; you needed a key to get out but you couldn't lock it from the outside so anyone could walk in! also the "lockers" in the room didn't work. The room was reasonably clean but VERY small. If you only need a place to put your head down for the night and came to see Nice (not just lounge around the hostel) then this is an adequate place to do so, just don't expect anything more.

Liked: Really good location, possibly/probably the best in Nice for a hostel close to the sea. Also nice to have a small balcony as room was quite cramped.

Disliked: The cleanliness was fine for a hostel and they did a quick clean of the bathroom I think every day but it was not perfect...like the carpet and kitchen area were a bit grungy.

Liked: Manuella at reception was amazing help, and in general all the staff at reception were very friendly and all spoke English which was a great help. The free mats, umbrellas, floaties etc worked out well as did the drinks and biscuits available all day long.

Disliked: There was no aircon and it was a bit noisy at it is on and near the main streets, however there was a fan provided and it was well worth it for the location which was one street back from the beach and main shopping strip:

Liked: The staff is friendly and the bed shower is good. Everything was clean.

Disliked: There is no air conditioned there. At least there was summer breeze comming from the windows.

Liked: good location

Disliked: the 8 bed dorm was ridiculously small. it was to the point where you had to walk over bags to get to your bed and their were no ladders to the top bunks. it was actually unsafe to have that many people in a room that was so tiny.

Disliked: the room wasn't very clean and we were 7 girls in a 8 bed room and every other night a new person joined us which was annoying

Liked: nice location, close to the beach. apart from this nothing so great about the place. its a boring hostel and very small rooms in which eight people stay.

Liked: Whilst the rooms weren't particularly amazing, they had everything we needed and were cleaned every day. The kitchenette is actually a great idea as eating out in Nice every night can be expensive! The reception does close at 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on Sundays which means there isn't alway someone there to answer your questions but overall it's good value for money. Recommended!

Liked: Good location and secure property. Only downside was that we stayed a Friday and Sunday night and they put us back in same room without cleaning even though we weren't there on Saturday.

Liked: Kitchenettes in the rooms which is handy if you're travelling in a group, but not the best hostel if you're wanting to meet people. 20minute walk to the 'party side' of the port.

Liked: great hostel. i was expecting a big dorm room, but was in a twin room that i had all to myself! the kitchenettes could use a sponge to wash the dishes with though.
