Liked: Good location, but thats about it!

Disliked: Strange staff, rooms are way too small, didnt feel comfortable at all...

Liked: The rate wasn't bad and a room with a private bathroom was nice.

Disliked: We were here during late July when it was very hot throughout the region. Therefore the rooms get very hot and never really cool down even at night. It's obviously an old building and the plumbing backed up when we were there so that was't pleasant

Liked: It is close to the train station.

Disliked: There is no common room or kitchen. It is close to the train but not that close to anything else good. The neighboorhood is full of young men that hang around and leer at women and make comments. It didn't feel unsafe, just annoying. There are no lockers in the rooms and only two toilets (not in the rooms) for all guests.

Liked: Just the location

Disliked: They charge for everything although you pay for the hostel. Even for the bed linen huh

Liked: the location was perfect because it is really close to the station. the guys at the front desk were really nice & helpful. vending machinesfree linens.you could leave your bags there for 1 euro, and take a shower after checking-out for 2 euro

Disliked: no breakfast wi-fi only works at the front desk, not in the rooms. (but it's free) rooms were quite crowded. the area was a bit scary, but only at night.. there were some strange people. no lockers. towels 1 euro.

Liked: Close to everything, great location! Helpfull staff. It looked a bit dodge from the street but new on the inside. The was no common room or bar, but still a good place to meet people. It had a balcony, good surprise. I would definitely go there again.

Disliked: There was no safe or lockers, but the manager lives in the hostel and he can look after your valuables in his place.

Liked: the closeness to the station and to nearby subways and Quick.

Disliked: The dirty stair. Neighbor craashing bottles in it during night. 2 shared toilets for apparently alll rooms. No sink at the toilets, that is in the rooms. Few sockets to charge. High amount to leave for keyes, 30€.

Liked: The hostel was very good location wise - close to the train station and also the main road that led to the beach, filled with shops and restaurants. We had large french windows that meant we had a lot of light, and any fresh air that was available! Shower facilites were attached to the room, which was handy. Maps and guidebooks to Nice were also given to us.

Disliked: The room which was to hold 6 people was very small and cramped, therefore got messy easily - and HOT! There were no fans or air conditioning, so after leaving the window open all night we all had mozzy bites!! The bathrooms were very small, and one of them had no toilet paper whatsoever for the duration of the stay. Combined with a ridiculous €30 deposit for the key (which I have never had in the 7 other hostels previous to this), if you wanted a towel, top sheet, shower after checking out OR even just leaving your bags in the hostel after checking out you had to pay extra - extortion for basic hostel rights!!

Liked: It was located close to the railway station, "Nice Ville".

Disliked: I did not feel particularly safe in or around the hostel. It was not clean.

Liked: I really liked the fact that this hostel was in such a good location. We were 5 minutes walk from the train station and about a ten minutes walk from the beach. I give huge props to the service there. Our receptionist was increadibly helpful when we needed advice and was more than willing to help when our trains got cancelled and we needed to stay another night. Overall a very nice hostel.

Disliked: The only inconvenience of the hostel is the one bathroom and no kitchen. For the bathroom, it wasn't really a problem because it was always available. Plus there was a shower in every room, so only the toilet needed to be shared. With the kitchen, it was a minor inconvenience but provided a chance to go out and check out the supermarket for some french bread and cheese.

Liked: The rooms are spacious and beds comfy! My room had an attached shower so it was very convenient for me! not to mention, clean and modern!!

Disliked: the opening hours of the reception!

Liked: Close to town, trainstation and beach.

Disliked: Dirty, unfriendly staff, looked more like a hostpital than a hostel. No sink to wash the hands in at the toilet. Never going to stay there again. The owner locked him self in to the room in the moring when everybody was sleeping. Creepy!
