 the people who work here are soo nice. they will do anything for you. even help you plan your whole stay in the region. if you only have a couple of days they will tell you what you should see and do. it's great. the food was good. the bar was fun. it was a great place. i would def. go back

Staff were really friendly and helpful with suggesting things to do. The set up of the rooms and dining room within an old monestary was also very cool

Even though the hostel was not conveniently located, they pick you up from the bus station on your arrival and your departure, and also have shuttles to the city in the mornings.
Also, every morning the staff would ask you if you knew what you were doing. If you did, they'd make sure you knew how to get there and what to do. If not, they made suggestions. Have never stayed at a hostel like this one before. Other hostels do not compare.

I really like the fact how each morning during breakfast there were people there helping you plan out your day according! The people who work at the hostel are very friendly and hospitable!

the staffs help about sites/general friendliness , the ride to maurice and pick up, the people...THE BREAKFAST!!!! 1 EURO DRINKS!!!!!

This place was truly fantastic. From the very beginning of our stay, including the phone call from St Maurice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The two lovely British brothers would always come around at breakfast to offer any help with our days plans. And their advice was always top notch. The food was fantastic! Chicken Parma on our first night, what more could an Aussie ask for? great pizza too. Cheap beers and Sangria! Loved it. Our room was a twin, large and clean with huge windows. Excellent view. Great facilities, kitchen, breakfast, washing service, shuttle service... All great! We were really happy with our stay and would recomment this to anyone. They have a huge rang of cool things to do too, like sailing and cave diving. Something for everyone! excellent.

I actually like the distance from the city. I felt more relaxed in the out of the way area. Very accomodating staff. Anxious to help in all areas. Made my first international adventure alone a truly great experience. I was very apprehensive and they eased my concerns even before I arrived.

Hostel is lovely with wonderful character and gardens. It is clean and the breakfast is above average. It is also social and nice dinners available at night. It's only drawback is that it is tucked away at the back of Nice, but I would still definately recommend it.

One staff member was particularly helpfull suggesting day trips for us to take (there is also a book full of great ideas floating around the hostel). Quality cheap meals and drinks till late. Cheap phone calls.

The young staff helped us at every turn. Evening and breakfast food was just right, although the evening meal was limited, it was good.

The valuable information they provided, but cleaner cleans things away off top of cupboards like bars of chocolate, packets of buscuits and credit card receipts.
