Liked: Good place to meet people, heaps of helpful and hard working staff, loads of stuff to do, nice garden, bar staff pretty easy on the eye.

Disliked: Breakfast is a bit dodgy (but free!) - cereal selection would be great if you're 5 years old...not everybody likes coco pops and fruit loops first thing in the morning! And haven't managed to get a hot coffee yet.

Liked: The staff were outstanding, made this hostel one of the best I've stayed at. to the guy who was off the clock, "knackered" and with a girl who rescued my lunch from the locked kitchen, Thank you! also sorry if I c*ck blocked. Really great hostel, free and good computers huge bonus.

Disliked: My one complaint was location even with the car pick up service I ended up walking that monstrous hill a bunch of times also bring ear plugs the base from the bar carries.

Liked: Great atmosphere. Fab bar and free internet. Met lots of travellers. Handy to have basic comfort food made fresh on site like pizza. offer to do your laundry for you and offer cheap phone calls home using the hostel handset.

Disliked: big queues at reception, distance from the nice parts of Nice, and the not so regular and efficient shuttle bus they run!

Liked: comfy beds. i never expected that a 14-bed-room could be that comfortable. huge common room to meet other backpackers. the offered breakfast was great. multilingual stuff.

Disliked: the security of the offered luggage room was not good. sometimes the door was left open and nobody cared about.

Liked: The distance from Nice centre is defo not a problem they sort it out with vans comming and going all the time!!!! Amazing place and good common area for meeting new people!! The best hostels included breakfast! good cheap beer!!! no complains apart from the owner trying to silence a crowd of 60 drunk people in the bar at 1 o´clock ....lol

Liked: There are a lot of events and activities going on and the staff enjoys giving tips on what to see and do. The pizza is also surprisingly good.

Disliked: The rooms were a little small.

Liked: Room was very clean.Staff were helpful.Free Internet access computers were very good.

Disliked: Not witihin walking distance of anywhere in Nice, so reliant on the shuttle service to get to the tram line (then 10 minutes into town / beach) which is frequent in the morning and evening, but sometimes you have to let 1 or 2 buses go due to too many people! Breakfast was OK - not as "great" as they seem to think - had better. I found it quite expensive considering it is so far out of town. Check in took ages, and whenever I went to reception to ask anything there was a big queue.

Liked: It was a great location, literally only a 5 minute walk from the main square and beach and they gave you heaps of activities to choose form to. The staff were very helpful, great bar and TV with loads of movies to relax and watch if you wished....and an elevator for those with heavy luggage will be here for you :)

Disliked: The service was great and they provided you with a restaurant and Bar after 6pm with reasonably priced meals, however as such if you wish to cook your own meals and are a budget traveller like i was this can be a bit off putting as wel as the two tiny bar fridges...everything else was fine.

Liked: This was by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in! Great atmosphere, parties organised by staff. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make your stay perfect. The female dorm was big and spacious, brilliant bathrooms too. Great place to meet people.

Disliked: Nothing at all!

Liked: Great place to meet other travelers especially as I was traveling solo. Never had an issue finding someone to go to the beach with or have dinner with. The staff is really good at helping you plan your day and get the most out of your time here in the French Riviera. Laundry services for $5.

Disliked: Room facilities are nothing special. In a room of 14 beds, there was only 2 working outlets. Rooms are hot/humid even with the air conditioning. Location is quite far away from town and the shuttle only runs for certain hours during the day, so can be an inconvenience.

Liked: Its a beautiful place, great communal areas, staff are so great and provide so much help and advice.

Disliked: Not enough bathrooms or plugs in the bedrooms, and no big lockers to lock up your stuff, myself and other people in my room had stuff stolen.

Disliked: the room was really hot and stuffy, no aircon and if your bed is near the main bar you wake up at 7.30 with the loud music.

Liked: They have great food.

Disliked: It's not close to the tram stop at all, and they don't have the shuttle that comes to pick you up between noon and 5 p.m. so if you arrive back during those hours, it's a very long walk up a steep hill.

Liked: The free breakfast was free.

Disliked: Way too far away from anything. In order to get to the property, you need to take the tram to basically the end of the line, then wait until a shuttle comes and picks you up. If you're trying to return from downtown, you can expect to spend 30-45 minutes traveling. If you're coming back to the hostel at a peak time, expect to wait in line for the shuttle.

Liked: this is the best hostel we have stayed in for our entire trip - clean & spacious rooms, lovely gardens, bar with really cheap drinks, great free breakfast, hearty cheap meals for dinner, lovely helpful staff and fun atmosphere. it is a bit out of town but there is a free shuttle bus at the hostel that runs to the tram stop every 15 minutes which takes you straight into town.

Disliked: not a thing!

Liked: The helpful staff and the great deal of every sort of useful facility (included breakfast, free linen and towels etc.)

Disliked: The insufficient care to details: they spend a lot of time thinking about activities to organise, but not enough in easing your everyday needs (eg., the shared lavatory was too little and its floor was always wet because of the shower)

Liked: Absolutely fantastic. Amazing tours/activities on offer - do the sailing! Sensational breakfast, wonderful staff, free towels for beach, free shuttle to/from tram stop, the best place to meet people. Would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Only thing that I didn't like was that there was no floor towel supplied for the bathroom (getting out of the shower) which made the floor wet always! Also, the location is out of the way - and while the shuttle is good - next time I would maybe stay at the new Villa in the centre of Nice

Liked: I loved this place. We had the best time there. Yes, it is a bit far out of town but they make up for it there. They have a shuttle running to the tram stop all morning and then in the afternoon from 5 until 2 in the morining. The trams run until 2am and only cost 1 euro. They have cheap drinks and cheap dinners and you are sure to meet some awesome people.

Disliked: Some of the dorm rooms dont have air con, it was a killer in the mornings. I was espcially disappointed because I actually booked a air con room but they could not accommodate this because it was booked through hostel bookers, and they email the bookings delayed. If want to book this hostel go through hostel world. It updates immediatly.

Liked: I liked how close the hostel was to the beach and the bus stop, it was very easy to get around to all the sites, also the air conditioned room i had was excellent.

Disliked: I didn´t like that the internet was not working yet so I felt I should have gotten a reduced room price because i´m sure thats included in the price and one of the reasons why it was expensive.
