Liked: Room was clean had no issues, pizza was really good and they had cheap beer. Staying on my budget was manageable.

Disliked: Its a bit of a walk if you don't go up during the shuttle time. I wasn't able to get wifi in my room.

Liked: Breakfast was better than most. Lots of different cereals to choose from other than the usual cornflakes.

Disliked: The bus station has moved so all of the information regarding getting from the bus station to the site were wrong. Same with the bus schedule they gave to us for getting to Monaco. So I would double check your directions if you are taking busses as their information is all for the previous bus station location. Sometimes the shuttle didn't come as often as they said. Every 10-15 minutes but we waited 25 minutes once missing a bus we were planning on catching. Be careful when relying on the shuttle.

Liked: I loved the friendly staff, great cheap dinners, large 24 hour lounge. So many things!

Disliked: was a little far out of town. but the staff does regular pickups

Liked: They offer travelling advice which is very useful. The staff were very friendly and willing to help, who all speak good English. Food there was delicious. Free for using their computers. Big salon for having meal and meeting people. The best hostel I've ever stayed in.

Disliked: Tho they offer shuttle bus to get to the tram station every 15 minutes, it still takes like 40 minutes to get to the town center. So the location is not at all convenient for those who have little time in Nice.

Liked: It was a great place to stay ......

Disliked: Location ..... but with the hostelbookers free shuttle .... from the hostel to the Tram station ..... it really does not matter ..... it takes maybe 15 min to the canter from the Hostel ... which is good ... because there are no noises when u sleep and you are right next to the city !!!!!!!!!

Liked: It was nice and spacious. The common room and bar was well laid out and it was easy to meet people. The food was great and there was free wifi all throughout the entire hostel, including the rooms! The staff were always super friendly and there to help. It already felt like a home away from home and such good value for money. Especially the all you can eat breakfast!

Disliked: There were not many bathrooms or showers. Which wasnt too bad because we were in down season but if the hostel was fully booked it might be a bit hard to get some bathroom time.

Liked: They had free wifi and internet terminals available at all times. However the wifi did not reach our room but was still a major plus. The food is good and reasonably priced.

Disliked: Our room was next to reception and was noisy at night and in the morning.

Liked: you could hear people in he hallways of course but other than that, there is great sound proofing. There was always lots of people and loud music in the main area at night but I couldn't hear it from my room. Nice to have breakfast and free shuttle. the staff seem to live on site so there always around which makes for a fun atmosphere.

Disliked: a little out of the way from the main city centre. the blankets on the beds were kinda gross

Liked: The staff were friendly, the place is amazing, with awesome facilities. They run a regular shuttle service to the tram stop which is awesome. The chef is too much, what delicious food! Very clean and tidy, and everyone is really helpful.

Liked: After 4 months of continuous traveling, it's the little things that make your stay great. Extra soft sheets, high pressure showers, free internet, some of the best dinners you'll find anywhere and a staff that all work hard because they care about the integrity and reputation of the place.

Disliked: It would be a cool addition to have an ATM on site. But that would just be icing on the cake ya know?

Liked: This place is really a treat. Everything they say about it is accurate, if not modest. The building complex is absolutely beautiful, overlooking the town of Nice and the sea, in an old Monastery. While a bit far from town, they run drops all day long into town in their vans. The downstairs common area is lively and drinks are inexpensive. The daily dinner specials are amazing with an in-house chef (two days ago: Salmon with asparagus, yesterday, coq au vine with mashed potatoes). Just a fantastic place that you could spend tons of time at. There are a fleet of free computers and wifi. Just an excellent hostel.

Disliked: A bit far from town, but the minivans help with that.

Liked: Appreciated the free pick-up from grocery store. Great staff, good breakfast, good cheap dinners. Free wifi and computers.

Disliked: Needed to take a tram to the free pick-up or make a long hike. Walk is easy downhill but not uphill.

Liked: very fun, friendly and easy-going! I've met so many great people here. honestly it's probably the best hostel I've stayed at on my trip to Europe. Thank you so much. The kitchen is big and awesome. The staff is professional. The rooms are fine as well. I loved watching the cook making pizza out of a big bucket of dough... it's very cool.

Disliked: rooms and the lockers in there are small. I stayed in a mixed room with 10 beds, and there wasn't very much space in there. it's also up on the hill so it takes at least 30 mins to get to the central area.

Liked: The staff is amazing, and I really appreciated the dinner menu. Everything on it was delicious and affordable.

Disliked: It is up a very steep hill. Usually that wasn't a problem because they run regular shuttles to the nearest tram stop, but it did get annoying if you were coming or going at times when the shuttle wasn't operating.

Liked: Very nice place, these people do it right. Friendly crowd, chef-cooked reasonqbly priced dinners, inexpensive beer. Very helpful folks, they have qll the must-dos all written up for you and many cool things to do

Disliked: Maybe a little out of the way, but they do pick you up...and it is only a 15 minute walk to the tram.

Liked: - They pick you up from the Tram station- The service is very nice, with both food and drinks (there are 1 Euro house beers)- A very nice lounge with people all the time and good for meeting people
