Customer reviewIt was a really nice atmosphere with the bar, the kitchen and all the big spaces to relax and meet people. The free shuttle was also easy to take. That's a very beautiful place!! |

Customer reviewexcellent place to meet people. the location is not the best, but there is a tram that takes you there from the city for only 1Euro. It has free wifi and tons of computers with free internet -something unusual in the hostels I stood in the south of france. The beer costs 1 Euro so the tram;s money is compensated. overall, the hostel has a very well deserved reputation for being a fun place. I would definitely go back. |

Customer reviewBad points - Its miles away from anything and its not the cleanest hostel. good points. the staff are amazing. by far the best i have experienced. they actually want you to have fun. the major difference is that once you have paid for your stay, they dont continue trying to fleece you by over charging you for everything else. the food, drinks and washing service are all very cheap. great place. just a long way away from stuff. |

EMILY GRIEPthis place has a great atmosphere. great value with the 1euro beers for sale!!! the regular running shuttle bus is so convinent. overall, there facilities are great. the breakfast is very nice and meals of a night are so cheap. had a great time! |

Customer reviewit was agreat place to get socialized and sleep. there was no lockers in my 4 bed dorm. A bit FAR from the city but , shuttle service and tram was helpful to get the hostel easly. tram cost 1 euro for a trip to city or hostel so add 2 euros for the hostel dorm cost in order to access to city. As an conclusion , i had an great 3 days at that place. Bar tenders were cool guys, receptionists were so helpful and smiley for all the time. more hostels needed just like this one around the europe! |

Customer reviewWe started out travelling in Nice, and what a way to start, this place is great! Accom. was completely adequate, but you'll barely spend any time in your room, because there's LOADS to see and do in Nice and surrounding areas. Also the bar at the hostel gets nice and full in the evening so there's a great atmosphere, and chance to meet loads of people, not to mention the drink's being so cheap, (which in normal bars in Nice, they are not!!). Food in the bar is highly reccomended, not only cheap, but very good! I should also point out that the hostel is located about 10 mins walk from the nearest tram station, with the tram being the best way to get up and down the main boulevard where all the main parts of Nice are. This hostel especially good as there is a FREE shuttle service, to ferry people back and forth... Though we walked it a couple of times and its really no trouble either. But great when you have a big back pack on! Anyway GO HERE!! |

Martin BurdaThis place has a legendary reputation, so I'm not going to repeat what you've read about it already. My biggest issue were the bathrooms, which cannot be locked and have a toilet in the same room, so people come in to do their business while you're in shower - not cool. The ratio of toilet and bathroom per guest falls well short of an acceptable standard and there's often a queue in peak times. Apart from that, it has a really relaxed feel and great vibe. The food is great, beer is cheap and people are friendly. |

Customer reviewThere's a van to pick you up every 15 min at the supermarket, just take a short time to travel from train station to the supermarket by tram, so it's ok. I stayed in a 14-bed dorm, the room is large. just 1 toilet in the room and two more outside the room, need to wait in the morning. The staff are very helpful and nice, showing us around the place, offering advice at breakfast for our trip and everything. They speak fluent English too. The breakfast is really nice, and the dinner too, which costs me 6 euros only, worth trying. Good to have computers for free, just need to wait in the queue for a short time. Overall the experience is nice, but i think it'll be even better if i book a room with less beds and less people. |
