The staff were very very helpful, even recommended us a different place to stay when we needed an extra night and they were full, there are lots of day trips to go on if desired, the bar was nice, and good value, free internet, the rooms were clean and everyone that we met there was nice. Would really recommend.

The staff were so helpful, energetic and friendly. The all female dorm I stayed in had air conditioning and I had great sleeps. The backpackers were from everywhere and there were all ages 17-70. Although I was staying for 1 week, all the travellers were so helpful and friendly. Evryone is happy to tell you about their experiences - good and bad - and offer advice on where to go to have a good time. A definite must even though it is the second last stop on the tram line.

The staff was incredible. We had to stay a few extra nights because of travel changes and, although they were insanely busy, they made accommodations for us. They offered TONS of things to do and the breakfast included was phenomenal. They had 12 kinds of cereal, bread and jams and butter on all the tables and tea and coffee and juices. All included in the price of the room. The cost of the hostel was extremely reasonable even without all of the awesome extra stuff you get. The atmosphere was great and we met lots of cool people. The food was good and the 1E drinks hit the spot. They are very thoughtful about what they do and they cover everything a hostel should and much, much more. I would recommend it to most. The crowd is a bit younger, so older travelers looking for a quiet, personal stay should know that the hostel is very much a community, and the community spaces are utilized. There are little spots on the hostel grounds to go and read in a chill and nature-y hide-a-way, but it is mostly a place to interact with other travelers. The staff was VERY helpful and outgoing. Thanks!

It was a good hostel if you spoke English and wanted to just be around other English speakers, but for getting a taste of Nice life this isnt the place to stay. Also, its in the middle of nowhere, a tram ride away from the centre and up a very steep hill! The staff are very good, however - very friendly, helpful and efficient.

excellent place to stay, offers lots of activities such as scuba diving, sailing on a yacht, canyoning, rock climbing as well as heaps of other good information about other hostels. Bar is great 1 euro beers and wine, cooking facilities are great but also excellent pizzas and daily special on the menu, free internet and beach mat hire and will do all your laundry for 5 euros, free shuttle to the tram and bus stops would highly recommend to anybody.

Everything. The shuttlebus thing kept us waiting for like an hour, but to make that up, they gave us tired travellers free pizzas. Thank you very much. And we had to chance rooms, and to make that up for us, they let us stay in privat twin (and twice the cost) room for two nights for the same money that we had payed for the dorm room.. WAU!!! It is hell to walk to hostel, because it´s located up on hill, and the walk there is tough. But up there, the view is great... Definitely best hostel ever!

the staff were really helpful - they would go around in the morning and make sure everyone knew what they were doing for the day, and would help with directions and answer questions if anyone had them! they also had a great breakfast, and offered reasonably priced dinners. they also offer cheap laundry, lend out beach mats and towels for free, but the location is NOT good at all. i think the cheap drinks and good company make up for it, and the hike up the huge hill to get here gets better as the days go on. our bathroom was not cleaned daily and got quite gross after a few days of multiple people using them. compared to what i have heard about other hostels in nice, this one seems like the best.
