Customer reviewThe hostel is located about 20 minutes walk from the tram stop, although you can wait for the hostel shuttle bus outside the supermarket opposite the tram stop. I have to say this one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in, and that was the general consensus of fellow travellers at the hostel. The social side is one of its best features. It has massive common room where you meet loads of interesting and cool people at night. There no reason to go out into town when a can of beer is one euro – trust me, this is a very good deal, in France it costs €6 for a pint of lager – at the bar in the hostel. Plus you can purchase meals at the bar around 8pm; meals include pizzas and the meal of the day. For €6 you won’t found a cheaper meal in Nice, plus the meals are tasty! The rooms are what you normally get at any hostel, although everything was clean and well maintained. I was in a 13 bed dorm and we had an on-suite bathroom and outside the dorm room there were shower facilities. The staff were really friendly and would suggest places to see in an around Nice at breakfast time; the breakfast itself is really a big plus point when staying there – it’s all you can eat! Admittedly it’s just cereal, bread with a selections of jams and fruit juices & coffee, but it’s FREE and ALL YOU CAN EAT. You can’t really complain. My favourite part of the hostel would definitely be the FREE WIFI; they have around twelve computers which are accessible twenty fours a day plus WIFI all over the hostel. I can’t overestimate how convenient this is. I would definitely recommend staying here. I scratching my head trying to think of negative aspects to the hostel, because, well there isn’t any! |

NORMAN FULLERTONloved this hostel but we stayed for 1 week and the room was never cleaned.. the shuttle should have a first come first on board policy{apart from those with bags} instead of a free for all |

Customer reviewThe included breakfast is fair, in the evening there is a good meal or pizza on offer. Everything is to be consumed in a very socialising atmosphere. |

Customer reviewThough being quite remote (tram station Comte de Falicon is the second to last) the staff and the villa do their best to provide you with information and services. The best part are the people who go there. |

Inge BrinkmanGreat atmosphere, beautiful place, very nice personnel, everything a traveller can wish! The location is not very good, but they have a good solution by offering free shuttles to the tramstop, so for me it was not a problem at all. I would really recommend this place to everybody! |

Daniel OldershawThe Villa Saint Exupery was probably the best hostel I have ever stayed in and made me desparate to return to Nice. The hostel knows exactly what the traveller wants and boy does it deliver. It's simply THE place to stay in Nice! |

Allison FaceyGood bar and great food. Sociable atmosphere. Even though it is a little way out of the city centre it is easy to get there on the tram. The hostel organises trips like canyoning and diving etc which is great. |

Customer reviewThis hostel was very good. It was my first time staying in a hostel and I was very nervous at first but the stay exceeded my expectations by far. My party of 5 was originally booked in a large dorm, but we were transferred to private rooms free of charge!! We also had an early train to catch on the day of check out and we had to leave before the hostel's shuttle service started for the morning. However, a very kind staff member shuttled us all the way to the train station for free!! The staff at this hostel is exceptional. Also, the hostel has wifi and computers to use which was good and also offered affordable yet quality food. I would highly recommend. |

Customer reviewThe pick up and drop off in the mini bus free of charge was great and invaluable (due to the slightly out of town location). |

Candida JamesFriendly and helpful staff, free internet and a location full of character - despite it not being in the safest part of Nice. The only terrible thing was the bathroom (French plumbing!) which was desperately in need of a clean and an overall. |

Laura Taylori had high expectations of this place from all of the good rewiews. It was a really fun place to meet people and hang out, but other than that it was an average hostel. The floor I was on had about 100 people and there were 2 showers for the girls and one unisex bathroom for everyone. I was always waiting for the toilet to be free. Also I was in a 13 bed mixed dorm and there were 5 security lockers for everyone, so many people missed out on a place to keep their valuables safe. The general cleanliness of the place wasnt very good, toilet paper wasnt changed often, bathroom always felt dirty. Because this is a party hostel it wouldnt get quiet until 3:30am then noisy again at 7am, so I didnt get much sleep! Good things are the breakfast has awesome cereal and juice and 1 euro beers. I didnt feel it was value for money at all. |

Customer reviewFriendly staff who work as a team. Seem genuinely happy to be there, as do the clientele, though the pizza chef could do with some stress relief! |

Customer reviewGreat atmosphere, would have liked to stay longer. Recommendation though: if you're there to sleep, would avoid rooms that connect directly to the bar. Also, would have liked to have seen either a vegetarian option on the menu, or a pizza section that can cope with busy nights without having to make people wait around only to say finally that it's not going to happen. Even a little mini-mart selling pasta and sauces would have been better than nothing for those checking in late on a sunday night when everything else is closed. Sorry, but crisps and beer is not exactly what I'd been dreaming about on the plane, even if the beer is dirt cheap! |
