there isnt a bad thing to say about this hostel i would recommend it to anyone i came across the staff, the facilities were all great we had a fab time and there is so much to do

The atmosphere was brilliant, everybody ou tto have a good time and meet people. Staff really helpful (got purse stolen on tram,staff helped me with directions and translation at police station because my french sucked!) amazing food and services like laundry they do for you, and free internet

the atmosphere was amazing. cheap drinks downstairs brought all the hostel guests together... Easy place to get to know new people. Staff was great!

The atmosphere and attitude of the staff are the best things about this hostel, along with the cheap drinks and meals...breakfast is included and has like 12 kinds of cereal, it could use some meat though. Location is pretty bad, but if you can manage to catch the free shuttles they make mornings and evenings you should be fine, if not, be ready for a pretty steep hill.

The overall feel to the Hostel was relaxed and friendly. The staff were excellent on making sure you had stuff to do for the day and the evenings provided a whirl-wind of entertainment! The location I personally liked. A reliable shuttle bus service runs you to the tram stop and from there everywhere is very easy acess. (Taking the shuttle is not compulsory it is about a 10 minute walk to the same place).
