Liked: The owners were very welcoming and friendly, but not intruding, the rooms were beautiful, just like you would like a realy room to be like in the French countryside. The breakfast was fast and fresh and it was in a fairly central location with a great pub up the road which was so much fun and we met some great people.

Liked: Very sweet and friendly English couple that runs the place. They gave us a car ride to a train station 20 minutes away free of charge.

Liked: We were impressed that it was more of B&B-type accomodation rather than hostel. Cosy atmosphere, hospitality, good service - just few attributes of Au Bon Accueil.

Liked: Above and beyond any hostel I have ever stayed at. In fact this is a B&B, very comfortable, good breakfast, and cute pup across the street. If we are in this neighborhood again I will definitly stay again.

Liked: It was a lovely old house located in a quiet, quaint little village. We felt we'd really escaped off the tourist track. Great breakfast.

Liked: This is actually a bed & breakfast, it's very charming, clean, and safe. It is run by an English couple who are extremely kind and helpful. The only set backs are that it is a bit far away (15 min) from Mt San Michel (but there aren't any hostels or B&Bs on the island) so you definitely need a car, and the small towns surrounding Mt San Michel are practically deserted at night.
