Liked: pas loin de la garre st charle a 5 minutes 10 minutes au vieux port , auberge est tres calme ,pas loin des pub at clubs je prefere de revenir ds un mois

Liked: It was new, a great location about 5 minutes from the wharf. Met great people Lots and Lots of fun.

Disliked: Not a big space to hang out but the kitchen and tv area was awesome!

Liked: AVAILABILITY.

Disliked: EVERYTHING. DIRTY, USED LINNEN, NO ONE AT THE RECEPTION, HORRIBLE NEIGHTBOUR, 1 LAVABO FOR 30 PEOPLE, TOO MANY PEOPLE IN ONLY 2 ROOMS. REALLY BAD. EXPENSIVE. I HAD NO OPTION.

Liked: Good location

Disliked: Showed up at the time I'de indicated when reserving the hostel. There was no staff there and I had to wait for over an hour to drop my stuff off. No drinking aloud and the staff threaten to kick you out with no refund if you are not polite. I strongly recommend avoiding this hostel, I saw triple bunk beds for the first time in Europe there (after staying at 20+ hostels). No value for your money and you're treated with little respect.

Liked: Right by the train station

Disliked: Bit of a walk to the port. Had to take our shoes off whilst in the property. Was in a dirty, smelly street.

Liked: Very close to train station to drop your bag off. Had a kitchen. The only reason I rated atmosphere so highly was because I had cool people in my room.

Disliked: Considering we had to take our shoes off the floors could've been a Lot cleaner. The shhets were gross, blood splot on one side of the pillowcase and dirty patch on the other side. A lot of bleach and some starch wouldn't go amiss. No alcohol. Paying for wifi, that's the first time in 2 months if Europe I've had to do that.

Liked: It was very clean and the manager was very nice and helpful. It was also very close to the train station

Disliked: It was on a dangerous looking street, but I didn't have any problems or see anything dangerous

Liked: the people staying at the hostel were friendly

Disliked: dirty, too crowded, reception did not post hours that it was open, hard to find, in a bad part of town, only two shower and 2 toilets for whole hostel, no room to put your stuff,

Liked: The best hostel ever. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The environment is great. Super close to the train station and not far from all the major sightseeing places. loved it!!

Liked: The location of the property and the atmosphere was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms where nice and cleaned and the bathrooms also.

Disliked: Nothing to complaine about. Everything was perfect !

Liked: Close to trainstation. Only good if u need a bed for overnight and moving on the next morning.

Disliked: I disliked that it sold itself as a hostel when in fact it was bunkbeds set up in a man's apartment. I dont think this is legitimate and Im sure there are health and safety violations. The sheet were dirty and he just pulled them from a pile of sheets on the floor. Dont know if they were actually cleaned.

Liked: First of all, I like this hostel. I was lucky to get it to stay in Marseille. It is comfortable to stay and has friendly atomosphere. You can make many friends and good access to night out. People you meet are genuine and the owner is just nice and reliable. What else do you wish from a hostel?

Disliked: Nothing special.

Liked: nothing was good!!!!! nothing!!!

Disliked: dirty! stuff was unable to speak any language except French! owner himself was on vacation, but he doesn´t care about the stuff, who is working instead of him very loud!!! the stuff didn´t cleaned!!! but you where not allowed to where shoes toilettes and showers are in one room and for both sex! beds are really dirty!! disgusting!!! my first expression was: where is the exit.... but in marseille are not that many hostels.... no safe, or lockers in one room, there was a cupboard with the owners clothes in there,... sheets looked already used.... partly they where.....

Liked: Max is really helpful and will tell you anything you need to know about getting around Marseille. He can also point you in the direction of a cous cous restaurant which is amazing!

Disliked: Kitchen didn't have heaps of cutlery and things but it was still good

Liked: It was one of the friendliest hostels that I have ever visited and is an easy walking distance from both the station and the port.

Disliked: Some of the mattresses were a little old.
