Liked: I like the lady working there. She was super nice. The bathroom was huge and clean. Nice common room.

Disliked: Breakfast.

Liked: Excellent facilities, location and cleanliness. Staff are very helpful.

Disliked: Perhaps as a solo traveller, it may be hard to meet people as the common room is generally for Wi-fi and everyones on the computer. Luckily I met some people in my room to share a few beers with. Not a real issue.

Liked: Very clean and accommodating. We stayed in a room with 4 beds and had our own bathroom. The room was clean and nice, the blankets were really warm. The keys were kept at the front desk, so the door to the room was always locked which made us feel safe. The bar area was nice and the drinks were pretty cheap. There was a full kitchen which is helpful if you're on a budget. All in all, I was VERY happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Disliked: There wasn't a lot not to like, but the bar/hangout area closed every night around 11pm, so if you wanted to hangout with others, you had to go up into your room, which didn't work for us because we had a roommate who went to sleep early. Also, the location was a LITTLE sketchy but nothing we couldn't handle. Being a girl, it was a little scary walking back at night, even in a group.

Liked: This hostel isn't in the greatest location but as a solo female traveller I found it fine. Great bunk beds in dorms- best i've seen. Surprising quiet at night so easy to get a good sleep. Equipped kitchen for home-made meals and staff are really helpful with any questions you have.

Disliked: Didn't enjoy the surrounding atmosphere... around the hotel.

Liked: The location was right by the train station. Nice dorms, not overcrowded but room to leave your bag around.Security was good with no access unless buzzed in by the 24 hour staff.Bathrooms very clean.

Disliked: Towels were available for 1 euro, is the only minor grumble. I didn't try the breakfast as it seemed a bit expensive at 5 euros, but quite a few people did.

Liked: A quaint hostel with lots of character, a very nice place to stay

Disliked: No lockers in dorm room - would have felt a lot safer if there were lockers.

Liked: Overall a good hostel to sleep in. Good outdoor space to meet new people and the staff were friendly.

Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets could have felt cleaner. Some of the rooms were in the fifth floor, it was not great to continually climb up the stairs.

Liked: So close to the central train station of Marseille. Almost 1 minute. Also, free wifi. There's a laundry & drying machine, (kitchen you can cook something) inside this property. Plus, there's an internet phone store right across the street. Spacious en suite bathroom. The 2 story bunk bed is relatively high, hence your head doesn't get stuck even if you end up in the lower bed.

Disliked: They are without a lift and my room was upstairs, so that I had to drag my heavy suitcase.

Liked: Close to the station which is why I chose it as I was there one night. I liked the bar and the little outside courtyard where everyone was hanging out.

Disliked: Rooms were a bit on the small side.

Liked: Proximity to the train/bus/metro station - ideal for early starts. Comfy beds.

Disliked: Dorm rooms small - 4 to a room, which is usually good, but a bit weird when you're the only girl in there.

Liked: Nice and clean, very bright and airy, not much going on in the hostel, but that is probably down to the guests staying. Paying to use the computers and no locks on the shower were the downsides.
