Liked: Really good location, great value. It's basic but has everything you need and caters well for people on skiing holidays. I had a great time.

Disliked: Hot water runs out in the showers quickly and the pillows are pretty poor.

Liked: Very cheap place to stay in walking distance of the town.

Disliked: Although it was reasonably priced for the facilities on offer this is very much a basic hostel. There are few luxuries like a decent kitchen or communal area.

Liked: Despite not having a door for the upstairs 18 bed area and no lockers, the hostel was beyond safe. The atmosphere was fantastic and no worries about a curfew. Would definitely use again!

Disliked: Rebecca left no negative feedback.

Liked: VERY CLOSE THE CENTRE, VERY CLOSE TO THE BUS STOP, WARM, GOOD SHOWERS. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL , BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THE OWNERS SPOKE EXCELLENT ENGLISH.

Disliked: NO LOCKS ON DOORS OR LOCKS ON SKI ROOM AND SIDE DOOR WAS OPEN ALL NIGHT 24 HRS A DAY AND ANY ONE COULD TAKE ANYTHING

Liked: How close it is to the center of Chamonix for the price is excellent value for the money!

Disliked: The kitchen needs a few more pots and pans and some more dishes.

Liked: Warm and friendly accommodation within 10 minutes walk of town centre

Disliked: Very poorly equipped kitchen - bring your own cutleru, mug, bowl etc., and cooking pots if you want to use more than one pan at a time.

Liked: it had a place to sleep when so all other options were full

Disliked: no heating on (apparently the boss was away for the week & his assistant did not know how to switch it on); no real security (front door seemed to be open all night - keys were NOT given out); I checked (by email) before turning up that there would be a place nearby to watch the Rugby World Cup - this was met with a positive response by email, but when I turned up, it was revealed that there would be no where offering this service

Liked: cheap

Disliked: I got bit by a spider in the attic room that turned out to be a flesh eating bite and had to go to the hospital when I returned to the USA. Not clean at all! Avoid it.

Liked: great location and it was cheap. Friendly staff.

Disliked: showers and toilets were shared between men and women, it smelled a little by the end of the day. It's very dark inside.

Liked: idylic place! in summer not that many people (famouse for skiing) but it can be perfect for the winter.

Disliked: no computer buy extra for internet door always open and stuff is only there between 10.00 a.m and 11 p.m no lockers, spints,.. in dorm-rooms

Disliked: service a but brisk, not easy to get help, showers very cramped

Liked: This place was easy to find.

Disliked: It wasn't really a place to meet people. It was very dark and no real common areas, although it did have a kitchen and eating area. The kitchen consists of a sink, some burners and a fridge. No oven, no microwave, no toaster or kettle. It would be a good place if you just want to clean and sleep and leave again.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. The location is great, in a calm area by the mountain side and the city center is reachable in 10 minutes walk or less.

Liked: Good value for money. Located outside of town so it's quiet but only a short walk from all amenities. Bus to slopes is really close. Good to meet people

Disliked: Could be a bit cleaner but it's not terrible.
