Liked: For the notoriously expensive Chamonix area, its reasonably priced. It was pretty clean, quite well located anda good laugh. Its hostel living at the basic way - a bed and a party!

Liked: It was the most affordable place in the area, and although it doesn't have a state of the art interior, it was very clean. It isn't exactly a stone throw away from the train station and the walk during the thick of the winter is a bit of a pain, but the area is charming and it gives you an opportunity to get some extra fresh air. Besides, there is always the option to take a bus.

Liked: Perfect accomodation and facilities for the price. 10-15min walk to town (restaurants and night life). Close enough to the slopes - but a real drag if you need to carry your gear. Would recomend hiring a locker at the slopes.
