Provencal-style residence with four 4-story buildings (with lifts), surrounded by green spaces, located in the residential area, approx 750 m from shops, promenade, beach and marina.

Area
The Cote d'Azur is 120km of pure delight running from Toulon to the Franco-Italian border of Menton. It's no wonder it boasts tourist appeal resorts known the world over.
Swimmers, sunbathers, culture or sports fanatics will find what they're looking for: immaculate seascapes, bays and marinas, bright blue sky, old quaint villages, great promenades and country footpaths.
The rural side of the French Riviera is an altogether different but as interesting place with lakes, alpine fields, prehistoric caves, villages nestling high in the hills, torrents...You'd be sorry to miss such treasures!

Resort
Var - Cavalaire is the most southerly resort on the Cote Varoise, with a 4 km fine sandy beach. It is located half-way between Le Lavandou (21 km) and St-Tropez (19 km), set in the bay which bears the same name as the resort.

Leisure: water sports (sailing, jet ski, diving...), roller skating, hiking along the coastline, tennis, disco, cinéma, casino, boat trips to: île de Porquerolles, île de Port-Cros et île du Levant.

Please note that the reception is closed on Sunday afternoons and Wednesdays.

Check-in: Saturday: 4pm – 8pm.
Check-out: Saturday: 8am – 10am

Important information:
Check in date will only be on SATURDAY, every booking made for other arrival dates will be canceled and not refundable. Minimum length of stay is 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

- Between 30 and 22 days before arrival: 25 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 21 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 75% of total net holiday cost.
- Between 7 days and the arrival date: 100% of total net holiday cost
- No show: 100% of total net holiday cost.

Electricity and water charges before 27/06 and after 29/08 according to consumption or a fixed charge (approximate amount per accommodation per week):
May, June, September, October: accommodation sleeps 4: 9 € ; accommodation sleeps 5 and 6 : 14 €.
November to April: Accommodation sleeps 4: 14 € ; accommodation sleeps 5 and 6 : 19 €.
Accommodation must be left in perfect order, sanitisation and cleaning carried out by client, otherwise minimum supplement of €9, €44 and €56.
