This brand new residence made of 50 holiday homes and apartments with private garden or terrace, has a dominant view over the Mont Saint Michel’s Bay (Houle port), and opens up on large green spaces overhanging the see.

The Resort
Cancale: a nice place to spend some time and relax known for its oysters, its fish caught in the bay, its famous cuisine and its panoramic views from the coastal paths.

Leisures : Hiking on the coastal paths, swimming in the sea, restaurants, VTT, visit of the countryside, visit of museums.
A car is recommended.

Accommodation must be left in perfect order otherwise minimum supplement of €55 to €70.

Saturday: 8am-12pm and 4pm-8pm
From Monday to Friday: 9am – 12pm and 4pm – 7pm.
Sunday: 9am – 12pm

Closed on Sunday afternoon.

Check-in: On Saturday from 4pm to 8pm
Check-out: On Saturday between 8am and 10am.

The Area
The “Mont Saint Michel” and its famous bay: (50 km) The « Wonder of the Western World » forms a tower in the heart of an immense bay invaded by the highest tides in Europe. UNESCO has classed the Mont Saint-Michel as world heritage in 1979 and this Mecca of tourism welcomes more than three million visitors a year.
Saint Malo : (15 km) All year long, St-Malo combines water sports, culture, excursions and sport activities.
Follow the guide and wander in the cobbled streets and picturesque views of the old city … Hike towards the
« Grand-Bé » rock where you can gather one’s thoughts on Chateaubriand’s grave, a famous French Writer, precursor of romanticism.
Dinard : (30 km) Not only are there walks along the seafront amid superb scenery, sports & leisure activities, entertainment, sea trips and trips along the River Rance to enjoy, but also the simple pleasures of the beach and bathing in the summer, and bracing walks when the air grows cooler. After a good walk to work up your appetite, why not make yourself comfortable in one of the many restaurants or “crêperies”, as the whim takes you?

Important information:
Check in date will only be on SATURDAY, every booking made for other arrival dates will be canceled and not refundable. Minimum length of stay is 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

Cancellation policy:
- Between 30 and 22 days before arrival: 25 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 21 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 75% of total net holiday cost.
- Between 7 days and the arrival date: 100% of total net holiday cost
- No show: 100% of total net holiday cost.

We have to inform you that the local tax at our résidence Lagrange Prestige "Les Hauts de la Houle" in Cancale was modified to EUR 1,50 pp/day from this summer season on.
