The Résidence is situated near the center of the historical district of Bordeaux and a 5-minute walk from the quais. Bordeaux hosts numerous artistic, historical and architectural vestiges and several economical activities, and is one of the most modern centers of the Sud-Ouest region.

The residence offers 71 apartments and studios fully equipped and studied to host from 1 to 4 guests, according to your specific needs.

Two meeting rooms, with a maximum capacity of 20 people each, are at your disposal for seminars, conferences and meetings.

The residence is placed near the famous Colbert Museum, the last important French destroyer (used between 1960 and 1990), a major attraction of the city, capable to receive more than 70 000 visitors per year.

The 71 studios and apartments feature kitchenette with microwave, tableware and coffee-maker, air-conditioning, individual heating, satellite and Pay TV, ADSL and Wi-Fi connection (coming soon) and direct dial phone.

All accommodations have a private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer.
