Newly built residence offering apartments and holiday homes grouped in small hamlets, located approx. 1km from the shop and 1.5 km from the resort centre (all amenities) and close to a park (golf practice, jogging trail etc.).

Area:
Gateway to the Perigord area, the ‘Pays de Bergerac’, south west of the Dordogne region, is an ideal place to explore the many treasures this part of France has to offer. Life in the region is and has always been based around the Dordogne river. A river trip on the famous « gabarres » (traditional river boats) will unveil the many secrets and stories let out by the river’s whispers.
The Bergerac country is also famous for its numerous ‘Bastides’, new towns dating back to the 13th century and built by both the French and the English during the Hundred Years’ War. Monpazier has kept the most original feature of this widespread architecture which can be found throughout the South West.

Resort:
Bergerac is the largest town in the Périgord Pourpre department, an area that derives its name from the purple grapes that grow in the region's vineyards. The most famous wines are the sweet whites produced around Monbazillac. Located in the plains of the Dordogne, Bergerac is scattered with remnants from an interesting and often violent past. The town endured much damage as a Protestant stronghold in the 16th century. Much has been done in recent years to restore the older city making Bergerac a good base to explore the area.

Sport and Leisure : Canoeing at the Dordogne River, fishing, golfing (3 courses in the area), tennis, parachuting, quad bikes, go-kart at Bergerac, mini-golf, lake of Pombonne: supervised swimming from 10h to 19h in July/August, Aquaparc at 5 km from Bergerac open from mid May to mid September (3 pools + paddling pool, slide, table tennis, beach-volley, pick-nick area, access to the river for fishing).

Prices do not include:
Security deposit 300 €
Local tourist tax 0.80€/person./day (Free for under 13 years). Final cleaning if the accommodation is not left in perfect order from 55 to 70 €.

Summer (15/06-15/09): Sunday to Friday : 9am-12pm and 4pm-8pm
Winter: Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday: 9am-12pm and 4.30pm-7pm and Sunday : 9am-12pm.

Reception is closed on Wednesday and Sunday afternoon.

Check-In : Saturday 4pm – 8pm.
Check-Out : Saturday 8am – 10am.

Important information:
Check in date will only be on SATURDAY, every booking made for other arrival dates will be canceled and not refundable. Minimum length of stay is 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

- Between 30 and 22 days before arrival: 25 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 21 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 75% of total net holiday cost.
- Between 7 days and the arrival date: 100% of total net holiday cost
- No show: 100% of total net holiday cost.
