Group of about one hundred holiday homes divided into hamlets, approx. 800m from the center of Azay le Rideau (all amenities). Supermarket in Azay is at 1.5km (car advisable).

Area
Touraine is a region located in the heart of France, famous for its chateaux (castles) and its wines. The river Loire which runs within as well as the surrounding area is part of the UNESCO World Heritage sites. Its stunning landscapes and renowned Loire Chateaux highlight the splendour of French Renaissance.

Discover a troglodytic valley, wander through our picturesque villages brimming with flowers, visit the châteaux of the Loire: Azay le Rideau, Usse, Saché, Fontenay, Villandry, Langeais, Chinon ... Stroll around our beautiful gardens: La Chatonnière, Villandry, Ussé ...
The Dufresne Museum houses a collection of 3000 objects and machines, while the Maison du Meunier (Miller's House), la Poire Tapée (dedicated to the local speciality of oven-dried pears) , la Vannerie (the Basket Works) in Villaines-les-Rochers, the Balzac Museum in Saché and the Jouets d'Autrefois (Toys of Yesteryear), are just some of the locations where you are guaranteed an entertaining and educational visit.
A feast for the taste buds: A glass of apple juice, fresh fruit, a bottle of Azay wine, or how about some rillettes or goat's cheese on a slice of crusty bread or a warm fouasse (focaccia-type bread)? Resort
Azay le Rideau is a small town located on the banks of the Indre river, 25km south west of Tours and 20km east of Chinon. It is better known for its beautiful renaissance castle surrounded on three sides by the tree-lined river. There is also a 9th century church with a façade embellished with statues.
Azay le Rideau is only one of the many Loire Chateaux found in the area.

Sport and Leisure : hiking and cycling along the Loire river (rent a bike), sightseeing by helicopter or hot air balloon, boat trips, kayaking, motorcycling, quad biking, horse riding, swimming, museums, zoo at Beauval, park of miniature castles, aquarium…

Monday to Friday: 9am – 12pm and 4:30pm – 7:30pm.

Check-in: Saturday from 4pm to 8pm.
Check-out: Saturday from 8am to 10am.

Short stays (Sunday to Friday):
Check-in: 4.30pm to 7.30pm.
Check-out: 9am to 11am.

Important information:
Check in date will only be on SATURDAY, every booking made for other arrival dates will be canceled and not refundable. Minimum length of stay is 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

- Between 30 and 22 days before arrival: 25 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 21 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 75% of total net holiday cost.
- Between 7 days and the arrival date: 100% of total net holiday cost
- No show: 100% of total net holiday cost.

Holiday homes are equipped with: a kitchen with cooker hood, ceramic hob (4 rings) - except in type M4 – microwave/grill, dishwasher, bathroom or shower, TV, furnished terrace, small garden area.

M4 - 1 bedroom holiday home sleeps 4, approx. 35m².
Living area double sofa-pull-out bed, double bedroom.

M46 - 2 bedroom holiday home sleeps 4/6, approx. 45m².
Living area double sofa-pull-out bed, 2 bedrooms upstairs: 1x double bed, 1x twin beds. Bathroom upstairs, 1 WC downstairs.

M8 – 3 bedroom holiday home sleeps 8, approx. 55m².
Living area double sofa-pull-out bed, 3 bedrooms upstairs: 2x double bed, 1x twin beds, bathroom + extra bathroom upstairs. WC downstairs and 1 WC upstairs.

Prices Include:
Bed linen + towels (change on request €7/set), TV, parking.

Prices do not include:
Deposit (€ 300)
Local tax approx €1/pers/day, 4-10 year-old children : €0.50/pers/day.
Cleaning charges if apartment is not left in perfect order (€ 55 - € 70).
