This is a brand new residence and is made up of 70 accommodations. It is located less than 10km from the beaches and is at the heart of the Landes’ pine forest.

The Area
« Les Landes » is the second largest county in France (9 250 km²), and has 337,012 inhabitants, merely 36.4 inhabitants per km².
« Les Landes » is geographically well-located. It opens out to the sea and is the doorway to Spain. There are large motorways as well as numerous rail connections throughout the county, thus connecting Northern Europe to the Iberian Peninsula.

Dax (78km): Located at the heart of the county, between a pine forest, the ocean and the Pyrenees, Dax is France’s first spa resort destination. For several centuries now, the richness of the waters of Dax and the famous peloid (thermal mud derived from the prolonged maturation of silt from the Adour River in contact with hyper thermal water) have been sources of health and well-being. Benefit from a spa treatment while enjoying the richness of the Landes’ coast.

Saint Paul-lès-Dax (77km): This spa resort is located near a lake and is a nice place to relax and get back into shape. Go hiking and riding in the forest. All shops are in the centre of town (with a pedestrian area in Dax and a huge local shopping centre). A perfect crossroad to discovering the Landes’ beaches, the Basque country and the Pyrenees.

Hossegor (73km): Opening out onto an emerald green forest, caressed by the ocean, skirted by a glittering salt-water lake and an endless beach of fine sand, Hossegor reflects the prestige of a long welcoming tradition. With its tasteful architecture on the Aquitany Coast and as Europe's surfing capital and golfer's paradise. the elegant town of Hossegor thrives from its rich past and opens itself onto what the future offers best.

Biscarosse (34km): Biscarosse is located next to the forest, the lakes and is only ten minutes from the seaside. With its 13,000 inhabitants (and not a parking meter in sight!), it is the administrative and commercial centre of the area. Winners of the ‘France in Bloom’ competition, you can discover Biscarrosse’s pedestrianised area, with its cafes and restaurants... More than 300 businesses and two shopping centres are open all throughout the year, as well as a market which is open every Friday and Sunday mornings.

Mimizan (3,5km): Located between the Basque country and Arcachon region, come discover its fine sandy beaches and its pine forest. Mimizan-plage faces the immensity of the Atlantic ocean. The sea resort is animated by its lanes where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

The Resort
Aureilhan is a charming village close to Mimizan. It is located on the banks of the small yet beautiful Aureilhan’s lake, classified as a reserve where you will discover plenty of birds of different species. Discover and enjoy Aureilhan with its numerous cycle lanes or footpaths.

Leisure: sailing, pedal-boat, horse-riding, tennis courts, fishing, petanque field, ball trap, kayak, cycle lanes, footpaths, surf, body-board and plenty more! The beach is supervised in July and August.

Important information:
Check in date will only be on SATURDAY, every booking made for other arrival dates will be canceled and not refundable. Minimum length of stay is 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

- Between 30 and 22 days before arrival: 25 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 21 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 75% of total net holiday cost.
- Between 7 days and the arrival date: 100% of total net holiday cost
- No show: 100% of total net holiday cost.
