Very clean. A long way out of town, kinda in the middle of nowhere, but buses into Annecy are simple and cheap (1 euro). Staff very helpful even though we arrived late! A good breakfast but you do pay extra for it. Good value, probably due to the location. Quiet too, so it's easy to sleep.
