2 to 3- storey residences with lift (72 apartments) quietly located on the border of Ammerschwihr 18-hole golf course, between the vineyards and the forest, 1.5 km from the centre and the nearest shops. Right at the beginning of many hiking trails.

The Area
The Alsace region is dedicated to the outdoor and boasts a rich cultural heritage. It is also known for its lakes with Gérardmer as the widest (115 ha).
If you are keen on traditional crafts, come and learn about pottery, woodcarving, weaving, amongst many others... Alsace is also well known for its cuisine.

The Golf of Ammerschwihr: 9 and 18 hole golf course.
Kaysersberg: (3 km) its fortified bridge, the gallery of the arsenal, the remain abbey in Alspach, the glasmakers…
Riquewihr: (6 km) its renaissance castle and houses, the Musée du Dolder, the Musée Hansi, the wine museum…
Trois Epis: (8 km) its pilgrimage Chapel, the Galtz monument : view point. And its hiking and botanique trails.
Colmar : (9 km) its old town « Petite Venise », the Musée d'Unterlinden, the Musée Bartholdi, creator of the Statue Liberty…

Resort
Haut-Rhin - Ammerschwihr is a small and picturesque village of Alsace, surrounded by vineyards, situated 9km from Colmar and 75km from Strasbourg. The village is well known for its wine and its location along the "Route des Vins d'Alsace" (Alsace wine trails); it also stands on the border of one of the most extensive golf courses in the area, in the foothills of the Vosges.

Leisure : Hiking and mountain biking in the Vosges (departure of trails directly at the residence), wine road (Route des Vins d'Alsace), visit of the villages and wine cellars of the area, 9 and 18-hole golf course...

SPECIAL GOLF
Set on a hill amongst vineyards and forests, Ammerschwihr Golf Course is an 18-hole course of a different nature. Its very location offers new challenges with every round. (Open to experienced players with green cards)
PRICE IN €/PERS FOR 1 GREEN-FEE (state at time of booking) :
> 7/2-16/3: 25 €
> 17/3-2/5: week 47 €, week-ends et jours fériés : 55 €.
> 2/5-14/11: week 50 € (hors 27/6-29/8), week-ends et 27/6-29/8 (tous les jours) : 55 €.

Methods of payment accepted on site: cash, credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
The residence is suitable for the disabled: lift, parking spaces (limited number), some 2 bedroom apartments with larger entrance doorway, elevated WC, more spacious bathroom…(state at time of booking).
For late arrivals, please call the residence during opening hours.


Reception opening hours:
Saturday: 8am – 12am and 4pm – 8pm.
Monday to Friday: 9am – 12pm and 4pm – 7pm.
Sunday: 9am – 12pm.

Reception closed on Sunday afternoons and on Wednesdays

Check-in: Saturday from 4pm to 8pm.
Check-out: Saturday from 8am to 10am.

Important information:
Check in date will only be on SATURDAY, every booking made for other arrival dates will be canceled and not refundable. Minimum length of stay is 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

- Between 30 and 22 days before arrival: 25 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 21 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of total net holiday cost.
- Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 75% of total net holiday cost.
- Between 7 days and the arrival date: 100% of total net holiday cost
- No show: 100% of total net holiday cost.
