Liked: The kitchen is better equipped here than a Eurohostel; it has ovens for a start. They also have free wireless; it costs a fortune at the Eurohostel.

Disliked: No-one took any notice of quiet time late at night. The lockers are poor security, requiring that you bring a padlock that stops the door being opened anyway (as mine did). They do not sell beds in small room dorms, you have to buy all the beds. So, I left for trhe Eurohostel after two days.

Liked: Lots of beds, so almost always availble places.

Disliked: Large and informal, not overly nice or new, have to walk far in the snow to get to it.

Liked: They have all we need in it, including computers with free internet. They also helps us with information to visit the places.

Disliked: Is not that central. It could be in a better place, although it's possible to go to the main places on foot.

Liked: Fairly average. Buts its the cheapest.

Disliked: Had a rough couple of nights sleep but nothing a pair o earlpugs could fix.

Disliked: I was in a room where three people where snoring. I guess hostels must ask people if they snore or not so that those that do can be put in a room of their own

Liked: This hostel had a bus system to get to and from the airport nearby. It had a lot of character, considering it is actually part of the olympic stadium, and it is nearby a park. It had free wifi and the price is reasonable for what you get. The hostel had many bathrooms scattered throughout the property so there was never a line, even when the hostel was packed with people. The rooms were also surprisingly spacious.

Disliked: I disliked how far it was from the train station, and the lack of lockers avaliable in your room.

Liked: This place is a sh%thole, do not stay here! The dorms are filled with middle-aged, snoring, Russian men and the hostel has about as much atmosphere as a mental hospital. There are a few real hostels in the middle of town. Do yourself a favour and go there instead.

Liked: Helsinki is compact and easy to get around so the location is surprisingly satisfactory. Dorms are spacious

Liked: The building's character, i.e. an olympic stadium. Plenty of facilities, not too far from the city. Reasonable priced breakfast, compared to the rest of Helsinki.

Liked: It had a really good kitchen and three different common rooms, the rooms were always clean and not cramped despite the large amount of people in them. The staff were very helpful and it was very close to the tram stop into town.

Disliked: The breakfast was really expensive and the lockers weren't free. Also it was a bit annoying that you couldn't get wi fi in the bedrooms only in the reception.

Disliked: There is no Internet access in rooms. The room was actually dirty, nevertheless WC and bathrooms were clean.

Liked: It was very nice. The fact that it is within the Olympic Stadium made it feel you were priviledged to stay in such a unique location. Being there to take part in the Helsinki Marathon made it feel really special especially when the race Started and finished outside. Everything was very good. The nearby open air olympic pool added to the uniquness of the location. It was a very nice experience.

Disliked: Nothing to fault. Some reviews considered the location to be too far from the city centre. This was not a problem as it was only a 30 minute stroll into the city centre ( in any event it was easier than having to hobble on and off the tram after running the marathon nthe day before!!). You could take in the sights and get your bearings better than on public transport.

Disliked: C'est original qu'il soit dans le stade Olympique mais tout de même un peu excentré du centre ville
