 i liked the lounge room where every evening you could relax after a long walk or before a long party and meet lots of people from different places in the world

Near several stadiums. Perfect location if you want to watch hockey, soccer, etc. 10 min tram to downtown. Big hostel, lots of people, free internet.

It was clean and in a neat place in the olympic stadium.
It was a bit far from the city center, but the transport was extremely easy and cheap if you get a 3-day pass.
The staff was fairly friendly and the breakfast was worth the cost if you ate a lot.

it was easy to find, if a little far from the centre of the city, it had everything we needed - nice kitchen, laundrey, internet etc, it was very clean, staff were helpful

It's quite close to the city centre of Helsinki and therefore to some of the main sights. One can reach the hostel very easily as well.
