Liked: The staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The shower room has no rack to hung the clothes. The bed has noisy sound.

Liked: The bedrooms are great - lights and powerpoint at every bed, nice and clean, spacious.
Disliked: The internet is rubbish - falls over if more than two people are using it. Also very far out - 20 min by tram to the city center...

Disliked: A bit awkward to get to from bus stop at Opera but that was omly because a 5 day sports event was taking place all over the site with barriers & they made me go the long way round.

Liked: The free wifi was a definite bonus, the beds were pretty comfy and you get your own personal light, and i liked the 2 big TV lounges.
Disliked: The man at reception.

Liked: The dorm room was very large with excellent light due to the windows. It was warm, which was great for early March. The showers and bathrooms were clean and cleaned multiple times per day. The paid buffet breakfast was excellent and worth the price. There were multiple lounge areas and the kitchen was very convenient.
Disliked: They did not mention in their description that you would need an HI card. Additionally, their wifi seems to lose power if there are a lot of users, which occurs frequently in the evening. The location was convenient to the tram but their directions were difficult to follow getting there from the airport.
