Liked: Clean

Disliked: Location is awful! Minimum 20 minute walk to town, and if you arent arriving by viking ferry be prepared for a LONG walk. kitchen was poorly stocked with pots and dishes. Staff was somewhat rude at arrival.

Liked: Not much...the food in the restaurant is good...thats about it.

Disliked: More like a bad travelodge than a hostel. Probably the most expensive hostel I have stayed in and the worst. I would like to say dont stay here but not sure what the other options are like. As for Helsinki itself there really isnt alot to see or do.

Liked: nothing!

Disliked: nearly everything, the staff, and the sauna was not for free, only in the morning and in the afternoon/ evening it would have been 5€ to pay, the same for internet, no free wifi...5€ for 20 min... the same with tea and coffee, or with breakfast...breakfast for €7,70 if u buy it at the reception and €10,00 in the restaurant itself...i mean we are students..we don't have so much money! the same in our little room, the radiator didnt work..and even after telling to the staff nothing changed.

Disliked: Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Location was not as close to the city centre as expected

Liked: Location and price against other options (hotels). Sauna was really nice as well.

Disliked: No private WC in a single room. No fun at all. Horrible place to meet people.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, clean shiny restrooms, kitchen, sauna, etc. Located very close to City center. Easy to find.

Disliked: There were no curtains in the shower area, so it is possible to see in from a neighbouring building. Maybe, with binoculars.

Liked: Better that any hostel on our trips. Clean, TV in the room, linen and sauna included in the price, rich breakfast. Friendly staff. Comparable to a hotel, only difference is that there is one bathroom in each hallway.

Disliked: Not so easy to find. There is a small street to the right that could easily be missed.

Liked: CleanThe staff is nice

Disliked: Location not the best. Expensive / Quality Rooms are pretty much looking like cells Internet is 5 euros per day Breakfast is 8 euros and pretty poor quality. Overall a pricy place with very few great points.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, plus the hostel has a very wide range of services. I was able to book my ferry to Tallinn there for example. Also liked the morning sauna !

Disliked: The room could have done with good, in-depth clean. Also, the breakfast had gone downhill since my last visit - the bread was stale for example and there wasn't such a good choice of items.
