Liked: Location Help with getting to the accommodation The helpfulness of the person in the office who went out of his way to help us on arrival and when we locked our key in the room

Liked: A beautiful little studio appartment in the centre of Helsinki, the perfect base for a relaxing weekend away.

Disliked: The directions given by Travellers Home as to how to find their office and then how to find the appartment were extraordinarily bad. I'd suggest a thorough search on google maps before setting out!!

Liked: We were quite surprised to get an entire apartment just for our own! Including computer and TV, kitchen and hot shower.. was great!

Liked: Absolutely perfect if your looking for an apartment in helsinki.....but obviously you wont meet people because its an apartment and not a hostel..... But for an apartment its as good as it gets....

Disliked: The room is a bit cold cuz outside air can get in through the exhausting pipe in the kitchen, but it's not a big problem.

Liked: Centre of Helsinki. Own kitchen. Prices in the city cafe was high. Trast of staff.

Disliked: Administrator late. We wating for him 15 minutes. It was very cold (-18 degrees)

Liked: The location was simply fantastic - just a few minutes walk from the centre of Helsinki-Helsingfors, and a very cool area. Some nice bars within easy reach. You should note that this is not really a hostel, rather you get a private apartment, so if you're travelling alone and looking to meet people, it's not for you. But, if you're looking for a good quality place to stay at a reasonable place, in the city centre, it's a goer.

Disliked: The curtains on the window could be a little thicker. Not such a big problem during the winter months, but during Finland's summer which brings almost no darkness at midsummer, it could cause problems for those that need total darkness to sleep well.

Liked: Cozy little studio, has everything you need, fantastic location and very good value for Helsinki. Right next to Kamppi shopping center and very central. Really enjoyed this place.

Disliked: A bit small, no washing machine.

Liked: Excellent location: 10 min. from the station 5 min. from the bus station 5 min. from the K Market 5 min. from the tasty and cheap kebab & pica

Disliked: The Reception from our room was located at 1 km - the same path that we went from the Station to the Reception we went back to our room.

Liked: The staff agreed to stay up until midnight to wait for us to arrive from our flight so that they could hand over the keys. This is really useful.

Disliked: The windows were drafty but then the heating in the apartment could cope with that so it was still warm inside.

Liked: The office was on Erikinkadu but it came a suprise that the appartement was on Runeberginkadu but instead of this the appartement was still in the Helsinki city centre.Very quiet atmosphere because the appartement was in the part of the house which was in inner yard. I got the one night experience what Finnish living looks like from the window and heared surrounding sounds, still very quiet.Very warm and cosy appartement.

Disliked: Honestly, if the appartement offers you a cooking application, there should be a good cooking pan. There was an old abrased teflon pan that I did not dare to use. Other pots and stuff where good:)

Liked: We had a great location, just across the road from the office. The guy was helpful answering our questions when we checked in. Having our own apartment was great, especially the washing machine. An information folder with maps etc is provided in each apartment.

Disliked: If you want to meet other travellers this isn't the place to stay, but we have no complaints.

Liked: Good size, free internet with desktop was very helpful, kitchen facilities and tv

Disliked: furnishings were very old and dated and smelled of smoke. They didnt feel that clean. The place needed some definite airing out.

Liked: Great facilities (free wifi, desktop also provided, free cable tv, kitchenette). Great sized room and comfortable beds. Washing machine was also available which was great. The guy was late to the office but went out of his way to walk us in the rain to show us around the property which was very nice of him.
