Bay of Plenty Lodge

Bay of Plenty Lodge is the newest Eco-Tourism adventure Resort located on the island of Matacawalevu in the Yasawa group of islands.

Accommodation is offered on private burs. These burs offer a double bed and small bathroom with cold water shower, flushable toilet and hand basin. The burs has breathtaking views of the ocean and magnificent sunsets. They are located on a hill and compliments the cool breeze from the ocean. The resort also has dormitories with bunk beds.

The large wooden deck restaurant overlooks the beach, lagoon. Meals are served as a set menu and there's a bar and night entertainment to ensure lively evenings. The rooms rates offered are inclusive of all meals breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Breakfast is light consisting of pancakes, bread, cakes, cereals, coffee, tea, fruit juices and fruits. Lunch are sandwiches, burgers serve with fries, salads and more. Dinner has buffets and set menus on certain nights offering seafood, Indian curry night, Fijian “Lovo” Night – This is food cooked in the earth oven. You should definitely try the “Lovo” out.

The one thing that Bay Of Plenty is committed to is, looking after the wellbeing of guests. We take our guests dietary requests very seriously. The chefs are well trained to provide specials dishes for vegetarians. Whatever your dietary needs are, let us know and we will take care of it!

There are lots of activities on offer – hiking and trekking, visit the resorts plantation which goes onto acres and acres of land, reef snorkeling, village tours, crab hunting, basket weaving, coconut climbing, handicraft market and many more!
